“Great Hotel”

Used this hotel whilst at a wedding, great room and large car park. Plenty places to eat nearby within walking distance. Staff were great and let us check in early as the wedding was at 2pm and we needed to get changed they also provided and iron and board.

Hotel staff are very friendly and obliging but there are too many things outside their control - external noise - room temperature - can raise it but only lower it by opening window letting in more external noise or use noisy fan to move room air around. In restaurant It may have been a 1-off but although breakfast started at 0700 hot water for tea was not available until 0845!

We stayed in this hotel for the weekend as we came down for a family function nearby. The hotel was fantastic. Clean room, mega comfy bed and clean bathroom. What more can you ask for, the price was brilliant. We paid £100 for 2 nights with breakfast. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant as well. The ladies in the restaurant next to the hotel were lovely too. Would definitely go back there again as I have stayed there twice before.

Room Tip: Would advise to ask for a room upstairs as we found it quiet.

We stayed here on saturday for one night visiting family in Liverpool.
When we arrived our family room wasn't ready but the lovely girl on reception sorted a room out for us with a smile on her face the whole time.
I didn't get her name but she said she was covering the shift as she usually works at the Albert dock Premier Inn.
Big thanks to her for helping us out...
The girl on morning shift was also friendly and polite.
The room itself was clean, comfortable beds and pillows, shower was hot and powerful.
As this was a saturday night there were a group of teenagers staying in the hotel, they were a bit rowdy but luckily our room was away from them.
The hotel has a free car park.
Overall We were happy with our stay!

This Premier Inn is fantastic the staff are so welcoming and would do anything to make your stay a good memorable one. If you love horse racing, you barely walk 10 yards from Premier to the race course. Parking is brilliant.
The Rocking Horse Pub only another few yards away is welcoming and has a good choice of meals and excellent breakfasts

An ok hotel. Non too thrilling. Rooms clean and staff helpful. The restraunt (not sure of brand, not a Brewers Faye) was dark and grubby, though staff seemed helpful. Food (breakfast) was all you can eat but limited and over cooked from standing under the lights. No proper coffee, just sachets. I ate (evening meal) at the nearby KFC only because I hadn't had one for years.

Hotel staff, friendly and very helpful, which made for a comfortable stay. Restaurant badly in need of a refurbishment, dark, drab and none too clean. We ate there the first night after our journey, but decided not to use it anymore after see the person wiping the tables, knock the food spilled onto the carpet. Also a chair seat at the table next to ours was so thick with built-up grease, you could have scraped it with a knife. We ate after that at a Restaurant within walking distance of the Hotel. Couldn't recommend the Hotels Restaurant to anyone, sadly.
