What you expect from a good hotel company! Room was very warm at night as there was no air conditioning! But they did provide a fan! WIFI was a bit intermittent but rectified within 24 hr? Good stay, but an arranged tour around the race course and a picture with the Red Rum Statue is a must!

we could not fault this hotel or staff and very easy to get to city centre as the Station was just across the road.Ideal for our purposes. The food at the attached pub was good pub grub and well prepared.

This was our first stay at a Premier Inn and we were extremely pleased.
The staff who we met, Tammy,Lyndsay and Teresa were very helful, professional and caring.
From the first moment, when Tammy realised one of us is disabled, and she changed our room to one specially equipped, to Lyndsay printing out the route to the 'Dublin ferry' in the morning, Teresa ensuring we had good TV reception, and more; we could not have been made more welcome.

We have stayed in better Premier Inns than this. The room, bed and bathroom were fine, but reported faults were ignored. There is no a/c so in summer you have a fan, which is noisy if you run it overnight.

The attached restaurant, the Rocking Horse, is very ordinary for dinner, pub grub towards the lower end of the scale. The breakfast is good, but the coffee is Nescafe sachets, no filter coffee. A really bad point. And on weekdays breakfast ends at 9am, which is early if youi are on a leisure stay rather than business.

We stayed in a family room (myself, husband,9 yr old and 15 yr old) and were very pleased upon arrival. The hotel is about 20 mins drive from Albert Dock and we found it very convenient. The location was quiet but close to the city. The young man on reception was lovely! very friendly and welcoming- a good advocate for Premier Inn. Although it was very hot when we stayed the room already had a fan so we were fine. Didn't try the rocking Horse pub but tried the KFC on site which was a welcome treat. Although there was a graduation ball on one of the nights we stayed we slept like logs and heard nothing! A perfect positioned hotel for ANYONE interested in going to Aintree. Will definitely return.
