enjoyed my first stay at Chertsey, evrything was fine, would have helped to have a bit more storage space for clothes , as i was with my sister, and there was no draw units ! Personaly i would prefer to have total privacy, and for none of the staff to enter into my room to clean, until i have departed. i did lock my door when i was inside of my room...
but overall it was a pleasant experience.

we stayed here(1 adult,2 teenagers) as not too far on train to London(55 mins then a tube to where ever you want to go) and we were going to chessington world the next day,its also very close to Thorpe park.lovely new, clean fresh hotel, friendly staff and free car park.i like the free 30 mins wifi but an hour would be better.nice touch a fan in our room

Room Tip: upstairs probably a bit quieter as we were on ground floor by a mini roundabout

Spent a night after our visit to Thorpe Park.
It was a hot day and Travel Lodge have reminded of it that night too.
The room temperature was not comfortable to sleep in.
Even though there was a fan in the room that just blew hot air.
Opened the window, there was no air but noise coming from outside the road..
On top of that there is no fridge in the room to keep your drinks cold and the tap water was lukewarm and not enough to quench that thirst...

All they need is an air condition in the room.

This hotel may be good in cold weather but not for summer nights.

A very clean modern Travelodge, which provided a fan when temps were extremely hot. Bathroom all white which was fresh, unfortunately no locks, with older teenage children this bothered them, but for younger kids is ideal. We were visiting Thorpe Park and this Travelodge is literally just over 2 miles away, five mins in a car with no motorway. Walk to a few places to eat and local pubs,

Nice to stay at a reasonable Travelodge, it was clean with comfortable beds and had friendly staff. Can't believe the previous review numpty comments about the size of a telly but the size of the carpark could do with improving as it's tiny. All in all, great budget accommodation.

A bit of a disappointment, a brand new hotel that doesn't have an adequate car park or air-conditioning. I know it's a Travelodge so it isn't meant to be 5* luxury, but some in room cooling and a slightly bigger tele would make a huge difference. If it was cheap I could let it off but it certainly isn't. Some bathroom fixtures were wonky and the place smells of building adhesive.

Room Tip: Book into the Bridge or the Crown

Me and 3 of my friends stayed in room 110, the staff were really friendly and the room was clean but the single bed that I slept on was broken and it was really uncomfortable, in the end I slept on the floor, the cups that were in the room were all dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned, other that those 2 issues this hotel was excellent, I would recommend staying at this hotel if going to Thorpe park, 5 minute journey from the hotel!!!! The staff were very friendly and always spoke to me and my friends when we were coming out the hotel.
