We highly recommend Coig Na Shee, a wonderful stopover in the Cairngorms. The lovely period home at the entrance to the village is set in a wooded garden and within easy walking distance of their recommended restaurants. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and enjoyed a view over the garden. Breakfast was excellent and our charming hostess Marion, was very helpful with our onward planning.

Stayed at Coig Na Shee for two nights and wish it could have been longer. This is a beautiful turn-of-the last-century home, lovingly maintained and stylishly decorated. Rooms are large, light, and well-furnished; bath was pristine. And there are comfortable places to sit elsewhere in the house as well. Cordial, knowledgeable hosts and excellent breakfasts. Great walking from the back door and good dining nearby in both Newtonmore and Kingussie. Exceptional value for the price -- highly recommended.

We stayed there only for one night hiking the East Highland Way- and were full of regret that we had lt leave so early. Wonderul furnished spacious rooms with big windows overlooking the park behind or the garden in the front. Marion and Geame are very friendly and served the best breakfast we ever had in Scotland with a variety of fresh fruits.
Thank you!

An extremely last minute decision to travel and some good fortune led us to Coig Na Shee and couldnt have been happier with the accommodation.
Ample parking. a friendly welcome, gorgeous property and our room was perfect. One of the queen size rooms overlooking the front garden.
Breakfast is made to order and can be requested at a certain time. All in all, a spacious and cosy B and B that has the efficiency of a (good) hotel and the character of a loved family home.
Would definitely go back

Marion & Greame are very friendly & helpful they moved things there garage so we could put our motorcycle in there, the rooms are very spacious, comfy & spotlessly clean, the breakfast menu had a very good choice & Marion would vary it to suit you & it was perfectly cooked, this would be the first place we would book if we were back in the area.

Just back from a three night stay here and it was great. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the beautiful house. Breakfast was delicious and having biscuits, chocolates and tablet in the room each day was fab! Marion was a brilliant host, she chatted to us each morning at breakfast and made us feel at very welcome. We would highly recommend this B&B.
