My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights the previous week and everything was perfect!! The house is very beautiful as is the surrounding area. We stayed at the ''Larches'' room which was fantastic but I believe that the other rooms are nice too. The view......amazing! Our hosts Marion and Graeme were so friendly that we felt like staying in our own home. As for breakfast......we couldn't ask for more. Maybe the best place for someone to stay during his highland holidays. If we ever come to Newtonmore again we would stay there for sure.

Although we arrived early we were made very welcome with Graeme providing a tray of tea and biscuits. Beautiful house, well kept. The bed was comfortable, breakfast excellent - nothing to complain about and a property to be thoroughly recommended.

We stayed in in April for two nights whilst doing the East Highland Way. The house is beautiful and the rooms were spotless and spacious. The bed was one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in! The owners, Marion and Graeme are lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. They made us feel so welcome. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. When it was time to leave, none of us wanted to! Would highly recommend staying here especially to people who are doing the East Highland Way. I would definitely go back if I’m ever in the area again.

Graeme and Marion welcomed us into their spotlessly clean home and accommodation and immediately made us at home and bought us up a pot of tea and some biscuits whilst we unpacked. Breakfasts were delightful and very filling with a good broad selection of food and drinks. The rooms were equipped with everything I could think of and nice and warm considering the huge room sizes and traditional style sash windows which with all the other period features added to the ambience of the residence.
I would not hesitate to recommend the premises to anyone and look forward to returning to stay with them for longer next time!

Room Tip: From what I could tell all the rooms are similar in standard!

Everything was simply perfect! The owners were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room we had was big and a large bathroom. If you are visiting this region, we strongly recommend this guest house.
