Staff arrogance should completely be corrected; even if the client is at mistake they should be polite in answering and try to keep their guests happy at all times.
Example: It was in the restaurant near the Beach when we ordered some drinks before helping ourselves for dinner. We were served by a lady, a bit fat with black framed prescription eye glasses. I had beer before my dinner and wanted to have sprite after. We called the same waitress and asked her to bring one sprite only to be arrogantly told that we should give an order all at once and in fact sprite is not available. Soon, we called another waitress who was kind enough to take our order and brought us what we wanted-sprite. Imagine the huge difference of good will and politeness. Hotel Seme Beach need to arrange a training for its staff specially those who interact with guests.
