I went to No 18 on a Sunday morning with a friend. It was pretty busy, and kept filling up with locals
Thai selections: We had pork red curry, it had a good flavor without overpowering spicy. Spicy fish was really good - a fresh steamed fish with chopped fresh chilies. Tom Yam soup was excellent.
Western food: My friend had beef kabobs with peppercorn gravy, served with French fries and salad. that also was quite good. There is a good selection of Thai and Western dishes.
The resultant itself is cozy - indoor and outdoor seating. There is a pool table in the center of the dining area. Prices are reasonable. Around 250 RMB for three entrees and soup. I would definitely go back.
The location is in the Yushan Hill Area (Fangta Jie & Yushan Beilu intersection). Near the OK88 club and Casamia pub.
