We had a Dentist's Conference at this hotel & stayed for 2 nights. The quality of the rooms,room-service and their restaurants were excellent. The attention to details like guest preferences , choice of wines and the venue for the conference were much appreciated. The Chef and other members of the F & B Team gave personal attention to the meals which made the entire experience a beautiful one.I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Noida or Delhi for Corporate get-togethers or just to enjoy the fantastic cuisine they serve in a sleek, contemporary ambience.

Room Tip: choose a room which faces the market,as the other side is quite noisy with the Metro Station.

I have stayed at The Mosaic on a couple of occassions.

The location is busy and the hotel stands directly next to the Metro, running on a viaduct. Extremely handy for the station which is immediately adjacent - the Metro is by far the quickest way into central Delhi. Despite the close proximity I was never disturbed by the passing trains. The road outside is very busy with the associated symphony of Indian traffic noise. Again despite the noise I always slept well.

The local area has many restaurants and shops.

The rooms are fine, particularly on the upper floors and room service was always efficient.

I thought the restaurant was generally good, especially the buffet. It was visited by locals regularly which was encouraging. Breakfast was fine, and there was no hurry about finishing service.

Generally I enjoyed staying at The Mosiac though it lacked good leisure facilities, and I did experience some admin difficulties when checking out thought service was mostly good. Certainly better than The Park Plaza in Noida!

Room Tip: Select a room on the upper floors if possible and set back from the main road.

I stayed here for 14 days on a business trip. On first arrival it's nice enough, clean, modern and understated. I opted for a club room for 8000INR a night. It was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, big TV and housekeeping did a good job every day. The food is great but more expensive than the surrounding restaurants, breakfast is a little strange (donuts???) but no real complaints. I witnessed a lot of locals having parties/celebrations in the hotel restaurant which must be a good thing. The area in Noida is ok despite appearances, at first I thought I was staying in a favela but you soon get used to it and at no time did I feel threatened walking around on my own (Westerner) although the locals do tend to stare, especially if you're on the Metro (which is perfectly safe too). You may be concerned at the amount of beeping the traffic does during the day but this completely dies down after maybe 11.30pm, Noida is NOT a 24-hour city.
Some colleagues stayed at the Radisson Blu which is not far away but looks more impressive while also being more expensive. The area around that is similar to Mosaic except less traffic... there is a large hotel to be built right across from the Radisson soon so check with them as it may get noisy, smelly and dusty!

Some things I'd change:
- It seems overstaffed at times, I don't need to have someone spoon my food onto my plate for me or to engage in inane conversation everytime I wait for the (very slow) lift.
- The Internet is too slow, Youtube was largely unusable. It's fine if all you need is to check emails or Facebook. Skype might be too much for it.
- Toast option at breakfast. Croissants are not a substitute.
- Laundry service puts two little plastic tags through every item, you need a knife or scissors to take them off (like you get with new clothes) and it quickly gets tedious.
- The air con blew right across my face while sleeping, even on the low setting.
- Occasional power cuts but the generator kicks in after about 20 seconds (this happened to my colleagues in the Radisson too!)

Room Tip: Not facing the main street or Metro line (which is very high)

With two offices in Delhi for work one in Noida and the other in Gurgaon Mosaic is a great option as I do not like to have to battle traffic from one side of Delhi to the other side of Delhi. Clean, decent dining room with variety of options, gym has cardio equipment only.

Room Tip: Ask for a window facing the backside of the hotel and avoid those that face the front side.

The hotel is located in one of the posh location - Noida Sector 18, near metro station and atta market. TGIP mall, Centerstage mall, Atta Market (One of the main shopping hub of Noida) all are within walk-able distance.
Rooms are excellently maintained. Staffs and room service also excellent.
Nice premier hotel to stay.

I went Noida for a short business trip so I had a stay in this hotel. I found the bed quite comfortable and interiors quite good. Also nice restraunt. But I also want to reflect the negative points too.. The staff took a long time for check in although I made an online reservation. Secondly the hotel is not huge as you expect a 5 star hotel to be.. So in a nutshell not upto its mark but its location is the key point
