Our family has stayed at the Sporthotel Neustift on many occasions and have loved it every time. The outside pool is brilliant and the view is spectacular. Food is never a letdown and staff always friendly

Such a great hotel, staff are very friendly and ready to help you with anything, one staff member that stood out above the rest was Costa's his customer service & friendly persona really made our stay! The sauna & pool facilities were great & very relaxing after a day on the Ski slopes!! Great hotel & we can't wait to come back again.. hopefully in Winter for lots more snow!! Thanks to all the staff!!

After other hotels in neustift we tried this relatively big one. Classic, straightforward Ski Hotel, food is very good with a lot of variety. Staff is very nice with some exceptions at the reception. Private bus to the lift station is very helpful as well.
Overall nice stay, however the place will need some reservation as it feels a bit run-down in the rooms. Also pricing wise it is rather expensive for the category.

We had a truly wonderful time at this place, hotel is very well maintained, excellent service, clean, very high standard for food - and there's plenty of it. There is a large spa with separate parts for kids (with pools etc) and parents (various saunas and places to relax / chill out). Very large rooms, in immaculate clean condition, shuttle service to the glacier etc etc. Note, hotel is 14 km away from it really, so you'll have to leave early.
On the down side - glacier area is jammed and lines can be enormous if arriving late. The other weird thing is the owner who's trying all ways to sell you overpriced wine (though admittedly superb one). He really got on our nerves with all creative ways to drive our wine bill

Room Tip: - travelling to the glacier is a headache, takes 30 min with a bus - best slope is in fact just a w...

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay for one week over the New Year's eve.
Positives: The hotel offers everything you need for a ski holiday: very good dinner with many variations in the menu, excellent spa and pools, nice spacious rooms, live music every evening, fireworks for NY's eve. We also appreciated Rudi's vinotheque with a huge selection of wines. Excellent service. We noticed that it is a very friendly place for families with children as well. Distance to the Stubai glacier cable car is about 20 minutes by car but bear in mind the hotel offers a shuttle bus.
Negatives: It is a 'no textile' policy at tha spa area, unfortunately not observed by everyone. Fullboard is imposed although lunch does not make sense since pretty much everybody is skiing. Price levels are maybe a bit too high.
All in all I would recommend it as an option for a ski holiday in Stubaital.

What a fabulous hotel, everything from booking to arrival to departure was plain sailing. All the staff are very helpful and the quality in the hotel is excellent. Food was of a very high standard and if you are into wine Rudi has an incredible wine cellar to accompany your evening meal. Rooms were done to a high standard, we had twins for sole occupancy and a suite. The twins were in a traditional style and the suite was very modern and finished to a high standard. The courtesy mini buses that took you to the glacier for ski-ing was a nice touch, and made the 20 minute route painfree. Wonderful ski-ing at the Stubai and reasonably priced, as was everything in Neaustift. Lacked a little in the apres ski department - which for Austria was a shame. Highly recomend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: Nice views from all sides, as you can see the mountains all round you. Most rooms are traditional, s...

Spent just a few days for a business meeting, but enjoyed the location of the hotel and the quality. Great location at 1000 mts you can reach in 15 minutes from the exit of the motorway Stubai close to Brenner pass. Staff very professional and friendly. Great wellness center (2000 sqm....), nice breakfast (althuoght in the morning you can feel the smell of the fried food when you go out of your room in first floor....).
Great place if you ski...glacier very easy to reach.
I recommend.
