Food was fresh and well cooked, all but one of the waiting staff were friendly and welcoming - Minas supermarket next door who own this restaurant are very helpful and help with grocery delivery if you are staying at one of the higher resorts
Thank you all for a lovely evening

Thank Nicola R

Visited once this holiday, the food was ordinary, not well presented and it seemed rushed. A few unhappy customers too. Shame as last time we visited Lassi it was good.

We were kept up at night in our hotel by screaming and shouting coming from somewhere nearby. Upon further investigation we found out it was coming from this restaurant which apparently had Greek night every night. The following night we thought we'd visit for Greek night. It was definitely loud and very busy, pretty much every seat in the house was full and people seemed to be enjoying themselves which was great.

However it wasn't for us. We had come for a traditional Greek night and to be entertained by proper Greek dancers, there were no Greek dancers here, instead there was a very boisterous hostess smashing plates, clapping and walking around picking on random men from the restaurant (whilst they were eating) to do Ouzo shots and attempt their own Greek dancing. Peer pressure seemed to work because a lot of the men did get up, however, as a young couple, we knew we would probably be picked on next which we didn't like as we wanted a relaxing evening. Therefore we left and went somewhere else.

Rather than making a show of their diners, I think it would be better if the restaurant provided actual Greek dancers to put on a bit of a performance and give us a taste of the actual Kefalonian dances / traditions. Having said that, the restaurant was full, so clearly some do enjoy this form of entertainment.

We came in straight from a long day from the beach in search of something to eat we went straight for the staples of Souvlaki and Gyros. Just the job with Ouzo and banana liqueur to finish off.

We ate breakfast here every day, just a usual full English, it was well prepared and presented. We also went twice for our evening meal. We had between us on those visits, a Greek salad, chicken tslouvakis and grilled lamb chops. All pretty good portion wise and tasty. I think everything comes with chips here, maybe that changes later in the season. I'd be tempted to call it a bar & grill rather than a restaurant.

We used it because it was close to our apartment and the food was simple but good.

The staff are friendly and the location and ambience are nice, providing you choose a table away from the main road.
