I cannot say enough good things about my stay here...so good 1 night turned into 4! Todd provided clubs so we could pitch & putt, coffee/tea on arrival and very interesting insight on Ireland and local pubs to visit while while sipping wine by the woodstove in the living room. And the meals were amazing! This must be the best location in town - beautiful walk through castle grounds to pubs, restaurants, store, river and ruins. Thanks Todd! I consider this place a second home and will definitely be back!!

True, I only stayed in 2 B&B's while in Ireland (the rest were hostels), but this B&B exceeds the other B&B by FAR. The room and bathroom was much bigger, it was quieter (true, there was road construction going on, but I think they stopped late at night, and we were so knackered that we slept through the noise), the location is perfect, and the host was extremely lovely. The bathroom was a lot bigger and clean, and the best were very comfy with cozy blankets. The host was very kind and waited up for us to arrive (I think we were the last ones, arriving at 9pm) and was a good cook! This B&B was cheaper than the other I stayed in, and was a lot better, so it was a very good deal! I would definitely stay in this B&B again, as Trim is such a nice place to visit anyway. We also met a very lovely group the next morning while at breakfast, so that was nice too! The only bad thing we experienced at White Lodge was a faulty door handle/lock, and we were locked out of our room for a few long minutes, but thankfully we managed to open the door, lol!

Easy scenic walk to Trim Castle (make sure you take the tour). Our room was quite large, sparsely decorated. Breakfast was good (I had never had Hazelnut yogurt until here, and WOW it is good! Wish they sold it in the States). Good value.

White Lodge was a great bed and breakfast! The owner helped us settle in and had an infant bed set up for us. The room was pretty, spacious and comfy. When we were ready to go out, the owner gave us a map of attractions and showed us how to get there. He also recommended places to eat (we ate at one of them and it was great!) Everything there is to see in Trim is within walking distance (mainly Trim castle). We slept well and had a delicious Irish breakfast made to order for us in the morning. We will stay there again!

We were very pleased with our one night stay at White Lodge Trim. It was our first night in Ireland, and we found this B&B to have an extremely convenient location--very close to the Trim Castle, and had very comfortable accommodations. Our room was huge by European standards--the bathroom was especially large. There was a computer with internet available to use in the sitting room. The common areas were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Our only complaint was that the shower was a little wimpy. Also, we could hear people in the hallway from our room, but this wasn't a problem since the other guests were quiet and things were perfectly settled down by the time we went to bed. The price was very reasonable--we felt it was a great value.

We had a wonderful two night stay at the White Lodge. The location is good (walk to many historic sites)and the accomodations are great. Todd is a consderate and gracious host. We felt welcome, safe and comfortable. The rooms are clean and spacious. The public areas are very inviting. Computer access is provided. We would stay here again.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. He recommended a great place for dinner that we could easily walk to. There was a computer with internet access which was available to be used by guests, and this came in quite handy for confirming our flight time hadn't changed. It was easy to get to the Dublin airport from there too.

Room was clean and quite large, and the water pressure was quite good compared to some other B&B's we stayed. Breakfast was very good.

Our one complaint was the noise during the night of a lot of traffic (note: i'm not sure if it is always this way as there was another road closed which was adding some volume to the road by the B&B)
