I just returned from the Oasi Olimpia. I attended a cooking vacation which I had booked through The International Kitchen. It was a wonderful vacation. I learned a lot. Chef Carmen is so knowledgeable and teaches each lesson in such a fun manner. Her assistants are true professionals as well. The vacation also included planned excursions to a family farm to learn more about cheese, lemons and olive oil. We also went to Capri, Pompeii, a pasta factory and three towns along the Amalfi coast. I stayed in the Sorrento Suite which had a nice sitting area and beautiful views. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation and I hope to return someday.

Well, my husband and I were debating whether to submit a review as we didn't want everyone to know about this special hidden gem in Italy but had second thoughts as everyone needs to enjoy the experience at the Oasis Olimpia.

We have just returned from a fabulous one week holiday. There are 12 rooms within the hotel and three cottages just outside the grounds. We stayed in the 'Sole' cottage which had a decent sized garden with ample privacy. The weather was perfect which enabled us to eat breakfast every morning in the garden. The cottage is exactly as it looks on the internet and has everything you need for the stay. The bed is really comfortable. The position of the cottage and hotel makes the stay incredibly peaceful and relaxing. On most days we were the only two enjoying the swimming pool at the hotel and it was only the day before we returned home were we joined by another couple. The whole experience felt like having our own mansion with private pool. The setting is heaven, the grounds are beautifully maintained and the views are truly breathtaking.

Carmen, the manager and chef, greeted us on arrival and continued to always be around if we had any questions or if my husband fancied a soya cappuccino, of which he had several as they were delicious. Probably the best he's had! Also, Carmen makes a 'to die for' chocolate almond cake which is gluten, wheat and dairy free. So, if anyone has any dietary requirements, Carmen is more than accommodating to meet guests needs. We truly loved our stay at the Oasi Olimpia and did not want to leave. We will definately return and suggest everyone visits this gorgeous, secluded, tranquil, hidden gem. It is a truly amazing and memorable place.

The hotel sits on a piece of paradise, with wonderful views to both bays. The whole area is surrounded by trees and rich vegetation, beautifully landscaped and clean. Rooms are furnished in a classic and romantic furnishings complement the special atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner are a celebration of gourmet flavors. We especially loved the warm attitude of Carmel and the rest of the team, it is the director. A place worth to go back to!

Room Tip: high floors room.

My husband and I loved being at Oasi Olimpia. We spent a week learning to cook with Chef Carmen and our fellow travellers. It was a great time, lots of fun and I learned a lot about cooking, especially cooking Italian! Loved it and want to go again!

I just got back from my first Cooking School experience at the Cucina del Gusto Cooking School at Oasi Olimpia hotel. What a wonderful life experience. Chef Carmen and the team at Oasi Olimpia were highly professional, skillful, and passionate about providing a quality cooking and touring experience. The hotel is charming and the rooms ample in size with lovely Italian decor. We had a fantastic visit to the region and will cherish the experience for many years to come. We left feeling highly inspired about fine Italian cuisine and are now preparing fresh pizza, pasta, and gnocchi at home. We have also just tried our hand at making our own limoncello! Grazie to the team!

Room Tip: A room overlooking the water is recommended.
