Adriana has done it again. The quality & variety of her menu is great. Every time we go to this little & charming restaurant on the Castelli hills around Rome, we enjoy a very particular meal. Everything is good from the Zucchine alla Velletrana, the strozzapreti, the mezze maniche alla salciccia, the laqmb, beef, coda alla vaccinara and all the vegetables. The deserts are delicate and very tasty without being "heavy": the zabaione is a must. This place is run by Adriana and her husband. Go to the "Briciola" and you'll feel relaxad and at home. A must go place.
