A lovely week at this hotel. Great food and service - especially very smiley barman. Spacious room and always warm, although had a little trouble with the double glazed window in our room (314).

Heated boot racks and large area to put boots on. Easy access to slopes out of the back entrance and onto the valbiolo lift which takes you to a long blue to warm up your legs in the morning. If you can't ski though you will need to walk 10 mins down hill to main ski area. Games area with great pinball machine for the kids.

Spa area a must visit for those tired legs. Bathrobes cost 15 euros to rent for the week or take your own (if you have enough room left in your cases along with the rest of the ski kit????@?)

Can highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself looks nice from the first point of view but the behaviour of its employees is horrible. There are two receptionists but just one seems to be a bit friendly to guests. The other one also serves in the bar in the morning but you feel like you are bothering her.
Rooms in the hotel are very various and you never know which one you will get. We ordered a family room but there is only one advantage - one separate room for children with teo separate beds and telvision, the rest of the family room is just an empty hall and double bed for parents with a very small circled table and two plastic chairs. There is no palce where to sit and put all the wet clothes, shoes/boots and things after you come back from outside. There are two wardrobes but without any flakes for clothes that can't be hanged on the hangers. Bathroom is modern but very small.....
Regarding the meals and crews in the dining hall. The food itslef is not bad but not very wide selection from the buffet for starters, when you are served the second starter and the main dish it looks like you are in a factory mess hall and waitres rush in order to get rid of you, meals don't look nice but like in a shool canteen.....
If you like to enjoy sauna be ready to have swimming suit on because they don't understand what sauna is about.....
The hotel shouldn't have four stars at all - the serveice doesn't correspond to price.

Room Tip: Try to always ask for real pictures of your room before you come.

We booked this hotel through Crystal ski, and paid extra for a superior room in the new part of the hotel. It does state in black and white in the Crystal brochure that all superior rooms are in the new section. However, when we arrived we were shown to the old part, and quite a basic, tired looking room. We went down to reception to complain and they said they had superior rooms in the old and new parts, not what it said in the brochure and no way was the room we were shown a superior, certainly not even a 3 *. The receptionists did move us to a superior room in the new part after a bit of polite argument.
Very please with new room, it was always warm, but as previously stated, the bathroom radiator and bedroom radiator were never on so difficult to dry anything therefore could never re-cycle the towels and had to have fresh every day. That said we were always warm, and the rooms were spotless as was the rest of the hotel and spa area.
Food was very good, we never went hungry, several dinner choices.
All the staff very friendly.
Location is excellent for the lifts.
Spa facilities very good.

Room Tip: pay extra for a room in the new part, but make sure you get one!

New, fashion hotel!
Very good location!
Nice big rooms!
Nice, professional and very friendly staff (bartender Adi, very, very good! :-) )
Good, tasty food for diner, but breakfast quite poor as for Italy.

But there are many Bad things about hotel:
1. Didn't work towel dryer in bathroom at all, so all things include towels were wet :-(
2. Most of the time didn't work heating radiator in room, so it was not very warm in room and there was no chance to dry clothes after skiing.
3. The floor in the bathroom without heating, so it was very uncomfortable to stay barefoot on cold tile.
4. Ski dry&storage room, was cold and wet (looks like heating switch off or broken)! Ski Boots did not dry, so it was very uncomfortable.
5. There no surveillance cameras in ski storage room, so few ski boots of our friends were stolen :-(

So, by my opinion it's 3* hotel with good chance to became better!

Room Tip: Very good hotel for the summer, but not the winter!!!

We stayed at the hotel from December 28. 2013 - January 4. 2014. The hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly. Room and wellness and location for the skilift i perfect.
BUT the food is terrible! Dinner is boring, and not at a level you should expect for at 4-star hotel.
New Year Eve dinner was even worse! First it was delay 45 minutes.
When all primi's was served 2 by 2 on the plate and didn't taste well at all.
After 3 starters we left the table without the main course, because we were tired of waiting for the food.
On top the music was very loud, which made it almost impossible to talk! We asked several times the dj (was he drunk??) to lower the volume. But he didn't.

Breakfast was also a big disappointment. Standard bread, not homemade, standard jam and honey, very bad juice, undrinkingable coffee! NOT at a level you would expect in Italy from a 4-star hotel.
You can stay there, but don't eat there!

Amazingly beautiful hotel. Just beautiful, thumbs up to their interior designer. Fabulous stay, wish I lived there :) Great location, good service, what else can you wish for. I mean, it's nothing THAT extraordinary, but the design really blew me away, SUCH a beautiful place. The pictures did it justice and we had an amazing time.

I will probably stay in that hotel again as this is really nice place. However there are few things which they should thing about. We were leaving the hotel at 5.40 am and we were suppost to find our breakfast in a bar. Big surprise, it was one plate with few not fresh cakes for over 10 people. I was in similar situation (early leaving) few times and usually I received proper breakfast, fruits, sandwitches and water which I could consume later. Also it looks like they are short of staff. Our table was in separate small dining room and every day we had to waite quite long for our meals as staff used to serve big dinig room first and sometimes they forgot about us. Fortunately we had very nice neighbours so waiting was not so bad. Advantages; evenings entertainments, really good. Also nice rooms. Food generally good except one evening when I received not properly cooked fish and as I couldnt find our waitress (she was flying between tables in a big dining room) I just gave up that meal.
