Having booked a week's stay in a Bagni Villa hotel without a restaurant (and unhappily coming to terms with the demise of the Circolo dei Forestiere!) we chanced upon Da Mamo--and our situation was transformed. I must say that for me this small, unassuming business is now something of a rarity in its style, simplicity and nuance. Sabrina was the perfect hostess and made us feel that we'd always been customers. This place is another rarity in Bagni and maybe Tuscany. We loved it--its pizzas, pastas and some truly exceptional involtini di tacchino as a main course for Sunday lunch.
