My sister and I took our mother for a special birthday gift to Italy in mid May and was fortunate enough to stay at this most beautiful villa for 6 amazing days! The location is perfect - close to Florence, and in the heart of Tuscany where you can choose from many wine and olive oil tours. Gabry and his family are amazing hosts and welcomed our family into theirs. The welcome dinner and the mid week dinner is a MUST! It was by far the best Italian meal we had our entire trip...well worth the experience! The Villa itself is so spectacular with so much old character and fully equipped. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend Le Torri to anyone travelling to the Tuscan region.

We stayed here in Mid May at the recommendation of friends. We were sure we had landed in paradise. The villa is beautiful, clean, equipped for cooking in your apartment. The owners treat you like family. Gabry and his family have thought of everything and are available to help with visits to places and cities nearby. He even went to the post office to pay a parking ticket we received! The area is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen and we really had a hard time leaving. Don't stay anywhere else.

Le Torri is still the number one villa in Tuscany!
The two-generation (now 3, with a 1 year old) family who bought the derelict property about 10 years ago, have put all of their energy into building this beautiful villa we have stayed in for two weeks. The 9 apartments in this refurbished old building and small addition, are unique in many different ways. They have fitted 3 levels of apartments into the old building, making use of every cubic meter of space up to the roof. We were in apartment 3, on the third level with good views in 2 directions, with 5 steps up to our bedroom (from living area) and 5 steps down to the bathroom on the other side - vaulted ceilings. I would choose this apartment again. The grounds around the villa are very well kept - including the pool, a good vegetable garden, nice trees, olive grove, bushes, flower gardens and potted plants and fruit trees, and a little chicken coop. The furnishings and decorating are totally unique for each apartment. Amazing!
Gabriele and family have been perfect hosts beginning with an extravagant welcoming buffet dinner, and then a very well prepared and served Wednesday evening dinner. Although we had no need to ask for anything, Gabriele was always around to provide good travel suggestions, like best bus to Florence, or interesting small hilltop walled villages - Radda, San Donato, Barbarino, Certaldo, etc.
We would love to return again, for a two week stay, or even longer. Tuscany is special!
Thanks for everything Gabriele, and family. This has been a most memorable vacation.

We joined family from Michigan and friends from Virginia here in the beautiful heart of Tuscany! We can't say enough about the great hospitality of Gabry and his family! They truly love what they do. The villa sits amidst the beautiful well cared for grounds with all kinds of nooks and crannies where you can sit and enjoy fabulous wine that never seems to run out!
If you need to find places in the surrounding villages or the big cities, Gabry is the very best resource to help you get around. If you are looking for a nearby restaurant or event, just ask Gabry! He lives for this! If you have issues with your apartment, let Gabry know and he takes care of things right on the spot! If you need to know the " insider" information on anything, ask Gabry! He can get you whatever you want or need to make your holiday one for a lifetime of memories. He starts working from the time of confirmation until weeks after your holiday is over! Just let him know what you are interested in touring or seeing and he is there for you!
The grounds are truly amazing! We spent a lot of time by the huge beautiful pool drinking wine and solving the problems of the universe. It's too bad it was too cold to enjoy the water!
We were at Le Torre end of April, beginning of May for two weeks and although it was chilly, long pants and a light jacket or sweater were plenty! No shorts needed unless you are a diehard. We also had a few spots of rain so if you should forget your umbrella, no fear,Le Torre remembers the small details and that's what makes this place so very special.
The food at the Saturday evening and Wednesday evening meals were fabulous-home cooked in the traditional Tuscany style. We were there for all four meals and they were all different ,each meal had something new to expand our food horizons!
This place is a treasure and one for our memories forever! We took tons of pictures but as beautiful as they all are, they still don't capture the beauty of this place! I don't think you can take a bad picture in this country side.
We rented cars but after getting lost a few times on those crazy roads with those crazy drivers, we finally used public transportation and all decided that this is the way to go the next time. Gabry lead us right to the train station and gave us easy instructions on how to use the train system.
I think the only regret we have is not hanging out at Le Torre more often and appreciating it as much as we should have! We probably should have relaxed a little more..next time we stay here, we will do just that!
It was such a pleasure staying here with Gabry and his wonderful family!Thank you so much for everything!!!!!!

We stayed here in early April after reading the reviews online.
It did not disappoint.

The accommodation was superb and very well equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals.

The gardens were immaculate and it is obvious Gabriele and his family take great care and delight in maintaining such a wonderful Villa.

Ideally situated to explore what Tuscany has to offer being 30 minutes from Florence and about an hour to Siena.

Would recommend Le Torre to anyone thinking of planning a holiday to Tuscany.

A special thank you to Gabriele and his family for the Welcome Buffet on the Saturday evening.

We joined a group of friends from England and New Zealand and all rented an apartment in this gorgeous property approximately 30mins from Florence. It was ideal - Great immaculate grounds, awesome swimming pool, well appointed comfortable apartment with full kitchen and attentionate service by Gabriele and his family. The internet connection was the new one with a few hiccups but quickly resolved. The weather was ok but winds were cold so definitely want to go back in the midst of summer and enjoy the grounds and pool even more. Thank you for a great stay.

Room Tip: We loved the downstairs room as direct outdoor access at the front and back of the property

Villa Le Torri is really special. There are no words to capture it's charm and beauty, and how much love and care the owner Gabriele and his family pour into the place every day. You notice this by how beautiful the garden is, the small loving details in each apartment and by how well this historic building has been renovated and maintained. It's just all heart and soul, and you can sense it the moment you drive through the property gates. It is also clean, safe, and quiet. It's exactly what one could expect from staying at a villa (not to be confused with a hotel) on the countryside. My husband and I stayed at Villa Le Torri for 6 nights at the beginning of April. We were welcomed by Gabriele and his wife and were given an orientation of Le Torri and our apartment on the second story. In apartment 3, there are beautiful windows looking out to the breathtaking tuscan landscape, a large, equipped kitchenette, dining area and a spacious bedroom. Gabriele was happy to offer help with directions, and he provided maps that were far better than our Michelin maps (some towns are so small, they're not on most maps and GPS). Le Torri is about a 30-40 min drive from Florence and, once you get the hang of the Italian roads and signs, it's easy to take day trips to Pisa/Lucca, Siena and other towns in Tuscany. They are all beautiful; you really can't go wrong even if you get a little lost. There are many excellent restaurants around the area--Ristorante da Buzzanca, the closest restaurant, was so amazing that we went there for dinner twice and, had we more time, we would've dined there every day. But--Villa Le Torri's Welcome Buffet was the highlight of our stay. I think "Welcome Buffet" is an understatement because it was a feast with over a dozen Tuscan dishes all lovingly home cooked and prepared by Gabriele's mother and wife. Then sitting down with other travellers with wine, raving about the food and our travels with the fireplace going--it was like we were dining with friends over one of the best meals we have ever enjoyed. Staying at this stunning and historic medieval villa, venturing around the country side, getting a little lost every day, and eating some of the best food the world has to offer is simply the best way to enjoy Tuscany. There is no question that we will be staying at Villa Le Torri again and again.
