Nice location and pleasant for the kids. The Hotel is oldish and would need some care of the details: everything has a price tag, even a towel needs to be rented at the pool... convenient shuttle to Gardaland

Leggiamo che nel complesos il soggiorno è stato piacevole anche se ha riscontrato alcune criticità. Effettivamente Gardaland Hotels hà già 14 anni di intensa attività alle spalle. Tuttavia la manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria è all'ordine del giorno ed entro l'anno prossimo stimiamo di terminare il rinnovamento delle camere. Il Wonder Restaurant, il Matka Family Gourmet Restaurant e le aree esterne sono solo alcuni degli esempi di restyling effettuati negli ultimi 3 anni.
Relativamente agli asciugamani, segnaliamo che l'informazione è contenuta nella prenotazione. L'ospite può comunque utilizzare teli mare propri.

We spent two nights on b&b basis. To start, the staff member checking us in held her finger up to silence me to serve another customer behind me in the middle of our exchange which I found very rude. Breakfast food is good, wide choice but it's very noisy and chaotic. Room had nice and clean decor, bed was hard foam and hot and uncomfortable and one single pillow very poor quality. Air con does not go below 20c and resets to 22c during the night making the room stuffy. Went to the pool which is a nice area but be warned there is noisy building work and lots of crane activity which we didn't know about. Lifeguards are employed to tell you that you need a mandatory swim cap to use the pool, conveniently available for 5 euros each at the pool bar. Ironic as the pool is not the cleanest I've ever been in. The hotel gardens are beautiful and lovely to walk around. Hotel has convenient parking and free bus to gardaland park. Theme park is great. We wouldn't stay here again.

-Ci spiace che materassi e cuscini non fossero confortevoli, pur essendo nuovi. Verificheremo;
-Siamo spiacenti per l'aria condizionata centralizzata. Ricordiamo che in caso di necessità, si può contattare la reception e chiedere eventuale assistenza, proprio come spiegato nella guida al soggiorno in camera; -L'uso della cuffia è indicato sui siti, sulle conferme di prenotazione e sulla guida al soggiorno. Il bagnino che, contrariamente a quanto Lei afferma, svolge molte altre mansione, soprattutto quella di garantire la sicurezza di tutti gli ospiti in acqua, non fa altro che ricordare il regolamento riportato all'ingresso dell'area acquatica agli ospiti che non lo rispettano. Essendo presente in conferma di prenotazione l'indicazione della cuffia, ogni ospite può portare la propria o acquistarla dove meglio ritiene;
-Nella nostra Blue lagoon le verifiche dello stato di balneabilità avvengono con prelievi di acqua ogni 60 minuti. I livelli di pulizia sono altissimi e comprovati dalla documentazione in nostro possesso.

Apprendiamo con dispiacere che non ritornerete. Qualora la vostra opinione cambiasse, sarà per noi un piacere riaccogliervi nuovamente e fare del nostro meglio per farvi sentire bene.

Perfect area, dream scenery, nice rooms, excellent beds, very good service.
Is better to avoid a theme room as all the other rooms are identical with only the "theme" missing. Very good service, clean and quiet . Large parking space if you are travelling with car. Shuttle bus towards Gardaland park which is very near.

Room Tip: Choose "plain" rooms or suites and not theme rooms

The hotel is vero big hit i have a te e complaints.

The pool water was Green with means the pool was not well chlorinated(although it was very big.

The room was small (four person room)

Though the rooms were very well decorated.also there is very good service as there are bars and accommodations and also restaurants.

Contrariamente a quanto da Lei asserito, si è verificato un disguido tecnico all'impianto che tuttavia NON ha compromesso la balneabilità della piscina. La piscina è sempre stata balneabile e la registrazione dei prelievi orari che effettuiamo come da prassi dimostrano che il ph e le caratteristiche dell'acqua non erano assolutamente alterate.
La situazione è attualmente perfetta.

Lovely looking hotel, great rooms ... were currently in the happy circus room and it has been very comfortable.
Food is awful , limited choice and cold this was in the wonderland restaurant, tried a restaurant in the adventure land hotel and the service wasn’t good and the choice for kids is very poor. So two nights in a row now we’ve resorted to the vending machine...... obviously we are in Italy and of course is the main language but very few speak good English so quite hard to communicate. Check in took a very long time .
I wouldn’t come back mainly based on food

We read that your experience was not pleasant as you expected. We are very sorry.
To be honest, as per ISO 22000 quality certification, we strongly believe in the variety of tastes of our F&B services: an easy buffet, a pizzeria, a bistrot service, a gourmet experience or 2 snack bars offer several opportunities to enjoy a good food experience.
Regarding languages, kindly note that all of Front of the House staff speak English at least. The competences are clearly verified during the recruiting phase.
With reference to check-in quees, in high season periods check-in could be a little be longer as all the guests arrive at the same time and need to receive the proper information related to services of the House.
