I would give this restaurant (actually a pizzeria but the local dishes are superb) ten out of ten for location, superb free tapas (with drinks), excellent quality and variety of food, efficient friendly service and excellent value for money!
My sister and I found La Cita quite by chance, and were so delighted with the tapas we received with our glass of wine (€4 for two glasses of vino tinto, plus two plates of the best jamon, plus a plate of crisps with garlic mayo) that we went back there to eat the following two nights. We had the menu del dia the second night which was, without a doubt, the best I have tasted, and I have lived in Spain for seven years! The third night we opted for a couple of their tapas dishes, which, again, were excellent! The Rioja was superb also. And to top it all, as the light was fading, a pod of six or eight dolphins swam past parallel to the beach - not, I understood from our waiter, a common site but it made our night completely perfect!
