Well what can I say just returns from a weeks stay it was excellent just what it said in the brochure. Hotel was so clean, food loveljy, cannot fau!t it at all. Jessica on reception was brilliant and her English was better than mine. Met some lovely people to. I am returning in August for a two week holiday. So that says it all doesn't it.

Best hotel, best staff, Manager always on hand. Worth joining the Protur club on arrival for points.Many perks for doing this. Only negative is the resort. Very quiet. Would have liked more Zumba, only once during the 2 weeks we stayed.
We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this hotel, and quite frankly, I'd go back tomorrow if I could. We couldn't fault the hotel at all... From the food to the tidiness of the rooms, everything was perfect. The entertainment was light hearted and fun, involving anyone who was interested in having a laugh, so how people can fault the work of the entertainment team is beyond me, as they provide so much during the day and the evening.
I won't repeat all the positive comments made below, but, the main purpose of wanting to write this review was to praise the staff as they are all exceptional. The maids are polite and do a fantastic job at making sure all the small details are correct. The receptionists are available 24/7 and are more than happy to provide you with anything you could possibly need. The bar staff are friendly, approachable and hard working - especially serafin, paco and manolo, who made special efforts to make our holiday what it was! I'm so glad we met them!
Overall, this holiday was one of the best I've ever been on! And that was due to the people we met! Thank you for such a pleasant stay!
Booked this hotel after reading all the other excellent reviews - and they weren't wrong. A fantastic hotel. The staff are fabulous - the rooms are spotless thanks to housekeepers, the bar staff and reception staff are friendly and helpful and the entertainment staff worked their socks off all day and into the evening and seemed to thoroughly enjoy entertaining the younger guests especially at the mini disco!! The food was excellent and there was always a very good choice so it didn't get repetitive, the show cooking had something different each night so something for everyone. The pool, sunbathing areas and lawned gardens were immaculate and cleaned daily, there were plenty of sunbeds and parasols which were located around the pool and also in the gardens which was very peaceful. All in all an excellent very good value hotel and we intend to go back.
Just back from a fantastic 2 week stay, every member of staff were polite and helpful, nothing too much trouble, the food was delicious in both the restaurant and pool bar area, something for everyone and cooked to your liking. Very clean grounds and pool area which were cleaned thoroughly every morning. I cannot recommend highly enough and looking forward to returning next year.

Disappointed the hotel is lovely one of the best all inclusive hotels we have stay ed in the staff are very helpful and the waiters in the restaurant are so attentive,the food has a good choice of variety could be a bit hotter .
Rooms are excellent slept very well and had a lovely view . would diffidently go back already looking
