“Beautiful apartment a stone's throw from the beach.”

My husband and I stayed in the apartment for the last week in September 2017. Penny and Richard gave us a warm welcome and the apartment was just as it looked on the website. It was very quaint and furnished to a high standard, with a super shower and high quality fittings. The situation is lovely, with a pub and a little bakery within yards. We found a great place to eat (Rising Sun) and used the property as a base for exploring the area. Cawsand was very peaceful and there are some super walks nearby. The apartment is a lovely place to stay and we would love to revisit some time. Simply can't fault it. Thank you Penny and Richard for a wonderful holiday.

“A BRILLIANT HOLIDAY VENUE”

The accommodation is of a very high standard and wonderfully located.
Richard and Penny are extremely helpful and pointed us to places to go and events to attend.
The Rame Peninsula is idyllic.
Can't think of any criticism.
Planning next year's visit already.

“Second time here. Still completely wonderful”

This is my second visit here. I brought my sister on the second visit and absolutely loved it even more. A real homely place. Wonderful, helpful hosts, and an excellent getaway in the winter.

“Great accommodation in an excellent location”

We had a great stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a week in Cornwall. Brilliant that bedding was included - really handy. It all being on one level was handy with young kids and the proximity to the beach was brilliant. Would highly recommend this holiday cottage.

“Home from home”

Stayed at this lovely cottage three years and were so pleased to find that it hadn't changed.Very comfortable and cosy. Beds were excellent so comfy difficult to get out of in morning! Everything provided for and very convenient for the beach, shop and pub. Richard & penny very welcoming hosts.Not intrusive but made sure we had everything we needed. We were so pleased with the cottage have booked for next year.

“Everything we need for a perfect holiday”

We had two perfect weeks in this cosy holiday home. Lot´s to do in the area. The owners are
very helpful in every aspect. We had a warm welcome. Fresh towels and linen after a week.
The kitchen and the rest of the house is well equiped. Thanks again!!!

“Exceptional Beachway .”

We've just had an exceptional stay at Beachway .Beachway is a ground floor cottage apartment situated in the square at Cawsand about 50 yards from the beach one way and about 20 yards from the pub / restaurant the other , ideal for someone with walking difficulties like me . Inside is superb accommodation , a lounge/ dining area with feature fireplace a well equipped kitchen with dining table and two lovely bedrooms one sleeping two the other sleeping three .There is just two shallow steps within the property so mobility is not restricted . Penny & Richard the owners just couldn't do enough for us and showed wonderful hospitality . "All in all " a wonderful holiday experience and we shall certainly do it again soon . Thank you Penny & Richard .
