My partner & I have just got back from another fabulous long weekend at St Annes GH. Jeannie is such a warm friendly lady, she welcomed us into the beautiful new guest lounge and after a long journey it was so nice to sit and chat over a freshly brewed cuppa. It was a very hot, humid day but it felt so cool and airy with the french windows open. Our room was wonderfully cool as well which was a blessing, there is everything in the room you could possibly wish for. I love the small fridge on each landing with fresh milk and bottles of water for the guests to help themselves. It is these small touches that mean a lot and that's why we keep returning! The breakfasts are amazing, catering for all tastes and diets, sadly we had to resist the cooked breakfast on our last day as we were booked in to a local restaurant for lunch. Looking forward to another long weekend soon.

We stayed here for 3 nights, a last minute booking. How we wished we could have stayed longer.. Jeannie is a perfect host, friendly welcoming, and nothing too much trouble.. We chose to stay in room 7 which is on the top floor. It isn't huge, but the view from the window was wonderful. The decor in the bedroom is 1st class as it is throughout.. Everywhere is spotless... Slippers and dressing gowns are provided. There is a lounge for guests which is super.. The breakfasts are lovely, cooked to order, and hot. I thought the porridge was gorgeous. The choice of cereal, nuts and fruit was fantastic.Heacham itself we found delightful and there are a couple of pubs nearby worth a visit.... The only draw back is that having given such a good review people will flock to St Annes...Well I hope they do because Jeannie deserves a full house.. Just make sure that it's not full when we return please, as we certainly shall.

Room Tip: All the rooms that we saw were lovely. Room 7 has a distant sea view, and I think the twin room numb...

This is our third visit and every time it seems nicer.
Jeannie has got it spot on here. The decor and furnishings are just right, clean and good quality,
We were in room seven on the top floor, nice and light and all that you could want in a B&B.
The choice for breakfast is mind boggling and all well cooked. We stay when visiting family nearby and are never disappointed.
There are always plenty of ducks waddling down the streets, certainly not like home.
We usually eat at the West Norfolk pub. It's a short walk away but a good selection of food at reasonable prices and three or four cask ales to choose from. They also have a butchers shop joined on which is good value.
We hope to be back and visit both in the near future.

We were in Norfolk this weekend for a friends wedding so just stayed one night at St Anne's but wish we had time to stay longer! The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The breakfast was also delicious and kept us going pretty much for the whole day. The beach was also only a 10 minute walk away and easy to find. Thank you to Jeanie for her warm hospitality, we would love an excuse to come back!

This guest house is the best we have ever stayed at. We stayed for 1 night with 2 young children and whilst everything was of a very high standard the children were still made to feel very welcome. Everything from the room,to the food,to the host was above and beyond all expectations. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We will definitely be going back

I visited for 2 nights mid-week with my elderly parents. They stayed for 3 nights. The welcome we received from Jean was wonderful. On arrival we were served tea and homemade cakes in the comfortable living room with real fireplace. The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, with every detail thought of from hairdryer to cotton buds, moist wipes, tissues, you name it, it was there. The breakfast was fabulous, cooked to exactly as each guest requires it, an extensive menu including smoked haddock and all manner of other things. The jams were all homemade. Highly recommend this place.
