The cottage has been finished to a very high standard, yet still feels very welcoming. Extremely well equipped and located conveniently close to shops, restaurants and beach.

Location and amenities just what we required. On a bus route for all places of interest and restaurants. Local shops i.e butchers, supermarket, off licence and gift shops all in easy walking distance.
The property itself was immaculate throughout, very clean and comfortable. Also a very nice garden with plenty of garden furniture and we also made use of the barbecue.
We will most certainly be visiting again soon with the grandchildren.

“Excellent family holiday”
Reviewed 20 March 2013 for a stay in October 2012

Having an 8 week old baby we were desperate to get away, have a nice relaxed break and recharge a bit.
The owners were very helpful in explaining actvities we could do with a new born baby in the area, ensuring we knew where everything was and what they had in the cottage to save us bringing half the house ( as most first time parents would do!)
Fuzzy ducks is a really warm welcoming cottage, very clean, tidy, warm and cosy.
The large garden is great for evening bbq's and great for children (will certainly remember this for when baby gets older).
3 nice size bedrooms, all very clean, tidy and decorated nicely.
Cuddling up on the rug in the evenings with the real fire going just added perfection to a much needed break.
There were plenty of things to do in the area, all within close distance. Seal watching, boat trips, lavender and butterfly farms. And we found a hilarious joke shop in hunstanton thats worth a look.
fuzzy ducks is certainly going to become a second home to us.
