Always nice for a coffee and cake. Good menu with all sorts of sandwiches etc. Ice cream. Local food. Staff extremely friendly. A pleasure. Thanks.

Great food. They also sell fairtrade and local products which is good ethically and better quality than supermarket stuff. I often buy meat from there, it tastes great. I also recommend the locally made oatcakes - they are absolutely delicious.

Being lactose Intolerant takes the fun out of popping out for drink and a something to eat. So my mum was excited when she discovered Food for Thought in Burntisland.

As well as herbal tea's, they also have soya milk available as a non dairy option for hot drinks. We both had latte's and something to eat. Mum had a slice of homemade Victoria Sandwich cake and I had one of the pre-packed free from options. The Cafe/fair trade shop stocks Lazy Day Foods Gluten free & Vegan Bars and cookies.

Finally found a non chain coffee shop to go to, we'll definitely be back

Excellent choice of (really) hot drinks and mouthwatering homemade cakes. Local Puddledub bacon rolls (brown not a problem) are my favourite brunch while out shopping. I always use their Palestinian olive oil and many other fairly traded, local or ecological goods.
