This restaurant offers a Chinese buffet eating experience. It doesn't appear to be possible to do anything than take the "as much as you can eat" option, but then that's fine when the food is as good as it is. There is a central island with lots of pre-prepared options but the best bit is a chef who will grill a selection of fresh ingredients you select yourself and cover it in the sauce you choose.
The main drawback was that the waiters didn't speak good English and I had no idea how to do the "do it yourself" thing. So, my top tip is to tell you if you want the chef to grill your food, first get a plate and attach one of the wooden pegs from your table to it, second, choose one of the sauces and put the right colour clip on the plate too. The description of the sauces is only in German but you probably just need to know that scharf means hot and spicy. Then fill your plate with yummy ingredients and take it to the chef. Then you can sit down and a waiter will bring your plate over when it's ready.
I would certainly recommend this place and I'm told it's cheaper than the similar place up the road at Hotel Atlantic.
