The accommodation, restaurants, bars and facilities are probably the best we've experienced in Europe. The staff are happy and chatty and go the extra mile to ensure you're being looked after and having a fabulous holiday. Quality of food and drink, even the mini bar was outstanding. But one big issue for us was the amount of babies and young pre-school children on the beach, around the pool and in the restaurants late into the evening. Some of which were well behaved and some not so, which wasn't particularly relaxing when you're in need of lazy days and delicious food and wine whilst enjoying the sunset. There are adults only areas at the pool by Provence and on the beach further down from the Helios bar, but they are small and are snapped up quickly by those wishing to escape the noise/crying from the little people. Ikos need to be aware that if they are catering for everyone, which is absolutely fine, then earlier mealtimes should be offered to families with young children/babies and that the adult only beach and pool areas need to be increased in size or areas totally reconsidered. Other than that, we had an amazing week, weather was a little hit and miss but it was early May. It's the only hotel where I've seen parasols on the beach being installed and checked with a spirit level and sunbeds being moved in to position at the end of the day using a piece of string to ensure they're all in a straight line! We would probably return but only if the adult only areas were given a little more consideration.

Writing this on our last day asa large family party of three generations with a two y o and a 5/12 old. Not going to waste too many words save to endorse all the positives below and empathise with the few negatives as we had none.

What separates Ikos is the genuineness of every single person to make your sty fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and those people we saw every day knew who we were and remembered little things that make you feel like an individual guest, I should now type at least 30 names but perhaps just to say Tasos, Maria and Simone through the deluxe concierge, Dirk, the deluxe pool bar staff, our room hosts, Ouzo and Fusco hosts and staff and the Spa stood out and that's really saying something.

We had rain all morning and still had a good time packing up ! Already discussing prices to come back next year and if we weren't already going elsewhere this year. It would be sooner

Thank you for a relaxing warm and wonderful stay

Room tip: The deluxe poolarea is great and our deluxe private pool was great

Thought it would be difficult to match last years standard, but was again amazed by the exceptional quality of this all inclusive holiday. Whilst there I heard they had been rated top all inclusive resort in Europe, and second in the world! I think that says it all. Stunning!

We took our 2 grandsons to Ikos Olivia. Everything was perfect from the start - checking in was easy and quick. Our room was spotless as was the complete hotel complex. The staff were all very helpful friendly and worked very hard to make sure we had everything we needed / wanted. The restaurants were of the highest standard and the food was great - plenty of choice of wines also. Our grandsons aged 9 and 7 were busy all day long playing football , tennis , swimming and riding bikes - we hardly saw them. Would definitely recommend this hotel - we will be returning.

My fiancé and i visited this hotel in April, having previously visited their sister hotel , Oceania last year.
I must start by mirroring some of the other reviews , there needs to be adhered to adult only areas , at the pools and definitely the restaurants. We felt on a whole the Oceania was better in that respect!
Olivia is a great hotel with fabulous staff and yes we would return if the above was addressed.
