Having visited the Ikos Oceania last year we thought we would try its sister hotel the Olivia this year and we were so glad we did. My wife and I and our 13 year old boy spent 2 fabulous weeks in this awesome hotel. The standards and customer service were very much the same as the Oceania however the layout of the resort complex was in our opinion so much better.

We had a family room on the top floor of the main building with a sea view which was very spacious, beautifully furnished, with a huge balcony and kept spotlessly clean. The mini bar was kept fully replenished and if there was anything else that you required it was delivered really promptly.

We pitched ourselves during the day around the main pool in the adults only area which was quieter than the other pool area with great service from the pool team. Particular mention must go to Tina who looked after us brilliantly over the whole period including having our first order of the day ready when we had finished our early morning swim.

All the restaurants serve delicious food with a great choice of wines and the service is awesome. Nothing is too much trouble.

The water sports on the beach offer a plentiful choice of activities with a real regards to safety which was re-assuring.

One note of warning that if you do venture out of the hotel at night do take the necessary precautions with regard to insects. My wife did get a bite that went septic which required the on site doctor to administer a couple of jabs to bring it under control!

All in all this is a fabulous luxury all inclusive hotel that whilst expensive offers great value for money. We will be definitely be returning although we hear that they are building another hotel in the chain in Corfu which is due to open in 2018.

Room Tip: Sea view a must - 4th floor in main building

I found this resort by searching booking.com and took the chance to travel with all of my family (11 persons from 6y to 80y) to unknown place for a family vacation.
Well what can I say.... the place is above then amazing... (in reality look better then the photos)..
We had a lovely welcome with a big smile from Dominica (from Deluxe table) that explained us that we are in the best place for vacation that starts now... and that this is the time to be lazy !! All over our vacation Maria (from Deluxe table as well) was taking care of us, always with a big smile - It was very important to her to find out that we are resting and enjoying our time.
Last words... the service is great all over, in the restaurants, pool, beach, spa.. All the hotel's employees are smiling all the time and making you feel good!
Excellent Vacation, hope to see you again on our next vacation.

Just home after 2 fantastic weeks in this beautiful resort, cannot recommend enough. The whole experience was amazing, the food, the beach with all the watersports, but it was the lovely people who work there that made it for us, so welcoming and we literally didn't have to do a thing while we were there. We look forward to returning soon.

Room Tip: We had our 14 year old daughter with us, so we went for the one bed bungalow and it was perfect.

We travelled to the Ikos Olivia in early July as a family of four with two children aged 17 and 9. From the moment we arrived at the airport we were treated like royalty. We were greeted by our driver with bottles of water and our luggage was whisked away to the waiting air conditioned Mercedes. On arrival at the hotel, we were seated in the lobby and given cold towels and a glass of fizz while we were checked in. We had booked a one bedroom bungalow and it was beautiful, with a separate bedroom and an enormous bathroom. The balcony was really large with a view of the beautiful gardens. The mini bar is well stocked with everything you could want, including full bottles of wine and branded spirits. Everything about our stay was amazing, the pools were immaculate and there were always plenty of comfy sun beds. The guy at the pool lays your towels out for you and the lovely waiters and waitresses cater to your every need - bringing drinks, nuts and crisps to your beds and constantly asking if there is anything you would like. We were offered little bowls of fruit, refreshing towels and even had our sunglasses cleaned.
The food in all the restaurants was amazing - even for me as a vegetarian - and the service was outstanding. There are extensive wine lists and the waiters are always happy to recommend something to suit your taste.
All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and genuinely seem to want to make your stay special.
When the time came to check out, our bags were taken from our room and loaded into the Mercedes while we waited in the lobby. We were given ice cold bottles of water for the journey and were waved off by two lovely members of staff.
We visited the Ikos Oceania last year and were just as impressed with the standards there so we have booked to go to the Ikos Dassia in Corfu next Summer and we can't wait!
I think it will be very hard to find anywhere with the same high standards and level of fantastic service as we have experienced at Ikos resorts. Truly five star.

We had been very lucky choosing to spend our summer holidays at ikos Olivia. Not only the hotel have ample facilities, but also the service and hospitality is at its best.
There are so many activities for kids and adults so the entire family had so much fun.
Multiple cuisine to choose from for dining with great customer service and food quality.

We would definitely come back with more friends and family members.

Keep up the hard work and thank you for making our stay so pleasant and allowing us to have such beautiful memories.
