Amazing family holiday, we spent awesome week in this totally baby-friendly hotel. Excellent service, whatever you want for your baby or your wife, you can get it :-) if you want to enjoy your holiday, you have to visit this place. We will look forward to next year. Many thanks to Dominika - the best hotel concierge I ever seen :-)

We visited the Ikos Olivia with our 2 young grand children (aged 4 and 5) plus their parents.
We thought the hotel quite exceptional. Marvellous restaurants; about 6 of them all serving quality food. My husband and I had a beautiful large room, with a double sized balcony in the main hotel block. Our family had a small 'suite' right next to the beach which suited them perfectly.
The price of your room covers everything. Everything you want to eat or drink plus entertainment such as the Kids' Club etc which gives a nice relaxed feeling. Service is in no way compromised by this and is excellent in every respect.
There is the challenge of swimming out to a pontoon moored off the beautiful, sandy beach and the only complaint we could come up with, was that there was no rope or ladder with which to haul oneself up onto it!
A great holiday to be highly recommended.

We were delighted to return to this amazing resort in June ( 19/06 - 26/06) having had a wonderful experience in September 2016. It continues to raise the bar of excellence and yet again we had a fabulous time at Ikos Olivia.

Everything was beyond expectations which was impressive as we were blown away on our first stay. Besides the classy but relaxed surroundings, one cannot be impressed by the human element and this is where Ikos Olivia really excels. All staff encountered are extremely professional but at the same time warm and eager to ensure your holiday is unforgettable.

Iam very aware that this exceptional level of service delivery is dependent on many other members of staff not normally seen by the holidaymaker so clearly the whole Ikos Olivia community is operating as one. Very impressive.

Accommodation, Food and Leisure facilities are outstanding and nothing is too much trouble for staff wherever you happen to be in the resort.
Inevitably there are some members of staff who you interact with more than others simply because of your own personal vacation activities.

For us it was Dimitri at Provence who always ensured we had our lovely coffee lattes at breakfast and the lovely Margarita whose smile at breakfast was endearing and her omelettes were amazing.
The lovely Efi and her Manager Tanya, at Anaya restaurant. They welcomed us back like old friends and helped make the Asian dining experience memorable.

We found both lifeguards at both the Aqua pool and the Deluxe pool ( both called Kristos) very professional and friendly to talk to and attentive.

A big thankyou to Nikos, pool attendant at the Deluxe pool. He was amazing, whether running around offering watermelon or cleaning your shades. He was everywhere but what shone through was his modesty and dignified approach to looking after his guests, which made Maria and I feel very humbled.

Whenever we had a query at front of house, the lovely Liza at Reception or the lovely Maria at Guest Relations was on hand to address matters in a helpful and professional way.

And of course a big thankyou to Tasos, Guest Relations Manager who is a class act and is so dedicated to ensuring his guests have an experience that exceeds their expectations. Our holiday was made so much better by his kindness and we regard him as a friend.

Management are clearly on top of their game and it shows. They are always visible and eager to obtain guest feedback.

It is no surprise that Ikos Olivia consistently features amongst the top resorts in the world. Well done to all and thankyou for a wonderful holiday.

Nigel & Maria.

Once again we have had an amazing experience at Ikos Olivia, it is now or 3rd visit to this resort and I can honestly say I would go back again tomorrow. The rooms are all fantastic from the basic rooms in the main complex and obviously to the deluxe suites with private pools. All mini bars are stocked with the best international brands and if you have particular requests they will do it for you with no fuss including room service. The staff are all fantastic and the management are constantly present to make sure that everyone is OK all the time day and night. As for the food, all of the speciality restaurants are like dining Michelin Star quality with attention to every detail.

It is a fantastic family hotel with loads to do for adults and children with 3 massive pools and a lovely beach.

In the evening, there is a theatre bar with entertainment or you can just relax in one of the other bars. Or go out to the local bars and shops that are in walking distance.

Room tip: The better rooms overlook the sea or one of the pools but they are all just as comfortable

Having visited the Ikos Oceania last year we thought we would try its sister hotel the Olivia this year and we were so glad we did. My wife and I and our 13 year old boy spent 2 fabulous weeks in this awesome hotel. The standards and customer service were very much the same as the Oceania however the layout of the resort complex was in our opinion so much better.

We had a family room on the top floor of the main building with a sea view which was very spacious, beautifully furnished, with a huge balcony and kept spotlessly clean. The mini bar was kept fully replenished and if there was anything else that you required it was delivered really promptly.

We pitched ourselves during the day around the main pool in the adults only area which was quieter than the other pool area with great service from the pool team. Particular mention must go to Tina who looked after us brilliantly over the whole period including having our first order of the day ready when we had finished our early morning swim.

All the restaurants serve delicious food with a great choice of wines and the service is awesome. Nothing is too much trouble.

The water sports on the beach offer a plentiful choice of activities with a real regards to safety which was re-assuring.

One note of warning that if you do venture out of the hotel at night do take the necessary precautions with regard to insects. My wife did get a bite that went septic which required the on site doctor to administer a couple of jabs to bring it under control!

All in all this is a fabulous luxury all inclusive hotel that whilst expensive offers great value for money. We will be definitely be returning although we hear that they are building another hotel in the chain in Corfu which is due to open in 2018.

Room tip: Sea view a must - 4th floor in main building
