“Boutique hotel at budget price!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 October 2013

Beautiful white minimalist hotel, 5 mins from the old town, free on street parking outside, or 5 euros per day to park in their garage on the corner opposite. Staff were warm and generous and gave us great tips for local restaurants and a festival in a neighbouring town. Really felt that our comfort and happiness were important to them. The hot tub was fun (a little too cold in October but they very kindly offered to not charge us even though it was our choice to go up there!) and only 10 euros per person for an hour which included a glass of Prosecco each and the tub to yourselves. Recommended place. Best breakfast of our Italian trip. Great sleep to to black-out blinds...

Managed to get to the hotel despite the sat nav. Not much to look at and situated in a residential street. But this is a really nice hotel . I liked their rooms. Small shower but plenty of hot water.Served typical Italian breakfast of breads cakes ham and cheese fruit yogurt and teas and coffees.Managed to get free parking on the street just outside the hotel on both days. The staff were what made our stay worthwhile. They recommended and booked two brilliant restaurants and planned our day trips .Would recommend this hotel.
The hotel was a good 5-10 minute walk to the old historic center.

This hotel gets a lot of things right - clean, modern, good breakfast, excellent service and the economy room we stayed in was decent. We booked for 2 nights at the end of September, and planned to move on to Gallipoli but decided to extend to 4 nights and tackle other areas by day trip - I guess that says a lot about the hotel.

A couple of negatives are, the completely messed up our jacuzzi which we'd been really looking forward to (its 10 EUR per person, booked in advance) - it wasn't ready at the allotted time and they asked us to come back 30 mins later while getting out the cleaning gear. Sure it's very nice when working, but we gave up. Also the hotel is about 5-10min walk from the centre, which was no problem for us, but there are more central places.

I would recommend this place though.

Room Tip: We stayed economy, which was perfectly decent but looking out away from the town/coast. It was room...

This hotel was great, a nice bright room, not big but it had all the facilities needed. Comfortable bed and good bathroom.
Breakfast was very good everyday, with excellent service, coffee made to order.
The reception staff could not be more helpful with all our various questions and the restaurant they recommended on our first evening was very good.
It was a nice touch that if you arrived back after a day out in the late afternoon there was a table laid out with cold drinks and snacks by the terrace at no cost. This was a small extra but it was this type of thing that makes all the difference.

Room Tip: This hotel is at the top of a hill with the old town at the bottom, remember the walk back!

Me and my friends stayed at this hotel for two days in July. The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice and you could clearly see that the it was not without ambition. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was actually fantastic, the croissants was really something. I can warmly recommend this place as a very good 4 star hotel. However, for something extra one may have a look around.

I could not agree more with other reviewers, the reception staff at this hotel were fantastic. I hope the management know what an asset they have.

The hotel is elevated and looks down over part of the new town. The rooms are bright and clean. There is plenty of outside seating to enjoy the sun.

It is about 10 mins walk to the castle and the old town, so close to restaurants and the main sites. There is also a auto rickshaw or tuk tuk to drive you to any part of the town, for a fee.

Breakfast was more then coffee and cornetto, there was salumi, cheese, tomato, fruits, yogurt.

When we departed for the train station, we were offered a complimentary auto rickshaw.

Would certainly recommend this small but lovely hotel! My partner and I were very pleased with everything from breakfast to the service from the staff and it was really close to the restaurants and everything. I also recommend to rent a car and travel down along the beautiful coast!
