“An excellent family run hotel”
Reviewed 15 May 2014

We really enjoyed our two day stay here. We had a bad B and B masquerading as a hotel (Aurora) in Ortygia and this was such a relief. Very friendly and happy to help. Clean, tidy, relaxing, good bathroom, in a quiet corner of town and a modern, family run hotel. Quality of coffee at breakfast was outstanding and whenever I went to reception to get a good Wifi reception I was offered a free expresso - lovely! Wifi in the room keeps dropping out. They know it's a problem, needs repairing. We were on the second floor. For hot water, turn the taps full on. Be patient, it will come! A basement garage kept our car off the street.
A short walk to the centre of town took 10 to 15 minutes and set us up for a good evening in the cafes and restaurants. At the end, we needed to leave an hour before their normal breakfast time but they stil gave us the full works, fresh that morning. A good, friendly place to stay.

Staff are absolutely delightful. Incredibly helpful and willing to ensure your stay in Noto is pleasant. Breakfast was fine. Wifi was dropping in and out while we were there. Beds and rooms comfortable if a little uninspiring. Location wasn't great - a little out of town.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms but otherwise very ordinary and characterless in a city with so many stylish buildings.
The location was ok, about 15 minutes walk to the centre, in a quiet residential suburb.
Has a garage to lock bikes away in.
Not much else to say about it really!

This was one of the best hotels we stopped at whilst touring around Sicily. All of the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is just on the town outskirts (so no issue with noise) but with in easy walking distance of the tourist sites.

Stayed here for 1 night as a group of 8. the rooms were clean and well furnished.
air conditioning didn't seem to work until evening, but was fine overnight.
Breakfast was adequate, fresh juice, tea and coffee, pastries and croissants.
This is a modern building in an historic town and is a 10 minute walk to the centre of the town, so probably not best for anyone with mobility issues (the driveway into the hotel is also extremely steep).

We stayed here last night. The location wasn't ideal or a pleasant of walk into town but the hotel seemed clean and friendly. Once we returned to the hotel after a lovely evening we were unable to get the AC to cool the room down sufficiently to get any sleep. When we complained the response was that it was working fine and so we had to endure a night in the stinking heat! In the morning we asked for a discount given the lack of comfort and were told that it was our problem. The owner failed to listen to our argument of having compared a number of hotel rooms this one fell short of the standard we would expect at this cost. I wouldn't pay €95 per night for this hotel! PS the free Wi-fi didn't work either......
