The best pastries we've had so far in Sicily. Our favorite was something we don't know the name of. It was the size of a short cigar, encrusted with toasted nuts and filled with ricotta. When we arrived around 6-7 pm, there were free, insanely delicious appetizers at the counter. The panella, a little square of fried chickpea flour, is heavenly. Stop by after visiting the Valley of Temples and Turkish Steps.
