Villa II Fedino is one of the best places I have ever stayed. As soon as I arrived I felt completely at home at this Chateau. We felt so comfortable that we left our doors and windows wide open when we left the Chateau, the couple in charge were so friendly and warm that we did not want to leave. There are two extremely friendly dogs, the little dog Gas is hilarious. The location and the views surrounding the hotel are truly amazing.

We were booked at another location in the area so faith stepped in because of overbooking so we were offered this place by the booking agent, I am so grateful to faith for this event because our stay became a lifetime experience.
The villa is beautiful with centuries of history located at the edge of this small wonderful small village (San Casciano).
The rooms are so large and each has its own character, The bathrooms are fantastic and modern.
What made this stay special is the host family, they were warm accommodating, they made this trip one of the most memorable ever! and trust me when I say this, I travel often.
I cannot wait to go back because a week is just not enough.

This is a beautiful villa, located perfectly for Tuscan day trips, run by a friendly and knowledgeable family! We loved it. Everything on my list was an easy drive, and Florence was a simple bus ride away. The room was beautiful and large with it's own entrance, bathroom was nice, bed was super comfy and air conditioned worked great. Breakfast was delicious! Fresh, wide variety, just wonderful and the view of the hills from the terrace was the best way to start the day. Our little boy loved the pool and couldn't get enough of the family dogs (Gus and Kyra). Being walking distance to the cute town for dinner every night was a great way to end every day. Best dinner in Italy was to be had at Ristorante Nello! I hope to be back someday :)

Excellent hosts, quiet location yet within walking distance to village and an easy drive to Firenza and other towns in the Tuscany area. Family owned villa and Alessandra is always there to help and advise. We had the room on the first floor which was very comfortable.
