It seems a waste of time to praise Misko, since it already has a great reputation, and I'm afraid that the other restaurants along the same stretch of the Boyana may be equally good or nearly. Test them out. But the two meals we recently ate at Misko (a lunch and a dinner) were really excellent. Fresh branzino intelligently prepared, delicious black risotto, and perhaps best of all, the fish broth. Attentive service. If you are anywhere in the southern half of Montenegro it is worth a detour.
