My partner and I, as staying in Ulcinj for one week, decided to look at online recommendations for lunch on our first day. This restaurant came highly recommended and although an interesting place to get to, was so so worth it!

The owner was our waiter and he was friendly and welcoming, recommending dishes which I don’t normally like to follow but decided to order blindly and see what happened.

The wine (Sauvignon) was great. The mussels and fish soup to start was so tasty. And the sea bass and dorade fish, grilled then filleted in front of us, was absolutely great. The soft potatoes and garlic sauce were an amazing addition.

Views are absolutely breathtaking - can see over the whole town. The ambiance is relaxing and calming.

An amazing family run establishment that we will definitely be returning to and cannot recommend you to try enough!

We choose this restaurant based on reviews on tripadvisor because we read so manu exellent reviews we felt we have to try restaurant dulcinea.We visited twice and both occasions had a wonderfullexperience .the food was exeptional.The service top class.totally recommend this restaurant....

Before ariving to Ulcinj,Dulcinea kept popping up on my tripadvisor as the place to eat.So we decided to visit this restauratn.When we arrived and seat in this resaturant we realized that we are in an family run restaurant.We met tha younger son(waiter) pf the family,he treat us special and amazed us with his good knowledge.About foor,my wife and kids choose their speciality (seafood and fish) wich was all perfect and for me they made an delicious plate of grilled vegetables.
If you are in ulcinj go straight to Dulcinea,worth it!

We were a group. Super view, super service and really super fresh fish!! You must go there.. nowhere else!

Probably one of the best restaurants in the Old Town, quick service. Waiters welcome guests in their own language. The food is delicious, the fish is fresh and the black mussels are delicious. Worth a visit for dinner, the view is fantastic!
