Stayed here for 4 nights just before Easter. Not sure if all rooms have been refurbished, but ours had been, and it was lovely. We stayed B&B and paid around €110 per night which we felt to be good value. The hotel had a luxurious feel to it, breakfast was very nice. Had lunch one day but found it overpriced, €11 for a sandwich, would recommend eating elsewhere if on B&B.
The pool area was deserted the first few days we were there. Pools were heated I think, but too cold for our 5 year old, so we made use of the indoor pool which was very warm. There was kids club 10 - 1 and 15:30 - 17:30, our son went in a couple of times to do some colouring, and we were welcome to stay with him if we wanted to. There was a mix of nationalities, our son was the only English child, I would say 90% of guests were Spanish, with a few Germans.
There were around 80 steps down to a beautiful beach, with a nice restaurant, La Ola where we had a nice meal one evening. The town of Conil was around 10 minutes walk, either along the beach or through a park with a playground. A lovely town, lots of narrow little streets, and tapas bars.
Overall, a great place for a holiday, would certainly recommend, and hope to visit again.More
