Sant Antoni is full of places offering cheap (and dreadful) English food so it was quite a relief to find this little gem hidden away in a backstreet. A family run restaurant with Papa in the kitchen and Mama serving and with a strong emphasis on fish. We started with the almost obligatory bread, ali oli and olives and then marinated Salmon and Clams in fisherman's style. The Salmon was a little overpowered by the garlic in the sauce than came with it but the clams were superb and I had to find a spoon to finish the sauce. We followed this with monkfish in a lemon sauce which came with a few vegetables and King Prawns in a picante sauce which came with a little pile of rice. Again there was a little too much of the sauce with the King Prawns but it was nevertheless delightful as was the monkfish which was superb;y cooked. No room for pudding and we washed the whole lot down with a bottle of Laccrima Baccus Reserva Cava. The bill came to 85 euros, about 10% cheaper than London prices.
