“Best restaurant in Ibiza”
Reviewed 26 June 2014 via mobile

I took my wife here for our 4 year wedding anniversary and I'm so glad I did! I emailed the restaurant to make a reservation as they sometimes are fully booked, I explained that it was our anniversary and they were happy to help! On arriving we were greeted with a warm welcome by the lovely staff! Ordered a bottle of champagne for a very reasonable 80 euros, garlic prawns for starter T-bone steak cooked on hot plate with salt, lemon sorbet for desert! Total cost 180 euros, which is excellent value for money! At the end of the meal they made us a lovely little flat cake and wished us happy anniversary which was very nice of them. The restaurant itself is an old monastery which is 400 years old and is absolutely beautiful! We sat out on the terrace and it was unbelievable dining as the sun goes down! They phoned us a taxi at the end of the meal and shook hands when we left. The taxi driver asked us if we enjoyed our meal and obviously we said yes, his reply didn't shock me, yes everyone enjoys it it's the best restaurant in San Antonio! 100 percent recommended

“Pure Beauty”
Reviewed 25 June 2014

It is hard to describe what it is like to dine in an old chapple on very fine food, but you must do it. The wine selection is excellent and anything you order to eat is perfect. A place not to miss. A little hard to find, but once you do, you will want to return several times a season. Lovely for a romantic night.

“Amazing setting with authentic Spanish food.”
Reviewed 10 June 2014

The setting is incredible and really romantic. The service was excellent and the food was the best we had in Ibiza. It is expensive but worth it, unlike other restaurants in Ibiza. Definitely worth a visit and we will be back.

“Nice change”
Reviewed 15 May 2014

Eating in a 400 year old monastery after spending a week in Ibiza was a breath of fresh air. It's hard to find genuine, Spanish restaurants and this one didnt disappoint. The ambience was amazing, sitting outside before dinner in the patio area surrounded by beautiful foliage. The food too was good, all very meat based as you'd expect and unfortunately they had run out of the suckling pig when we went.

Great place for a romantic dinner or just a change of scenery.
