“Dirty but good location”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 January 2014 via mobile

Stayed here in September, on arrival the rooms are very dirty- eye lashes, hair and fake nails in beds. These had not been changed from previous guests. My friend actually cried the first night we arrived as she did not feel safe in this hotel. Heard many stories from other guests that they had money stolen from their rooms we therefore did not pay for a safe and we carried all our money on us at our own risk. The rep is very pushy and practically forces you to buy trips/excursions some of these were actually good and we enjoyed ourselves but they should respect no as an answer. The 2 stars are only awarded for location 10 min walk from the main strip and the food in the hotel was reasonably priced and tasty.

Stayed here last summer and have booked up again for this summer hotel is fine very basic but has everything you need for an 18-30 holiday pool was clean, and maids came every other day to clean. Hotel is central, and Luna the night guard is fine as long as you don't cause trouble!!!

Great location for San Antonio, close to all nightlife, beach, restaurants etc.

However, it was very basic, very difficult to get any sleep due to the 2-inch thick mattress and hotel music starting early morning.

Good for the party and you get what you pay for.

I will be spending a little extra money next time, so that I can get 'some' sleep and enjoy Ibiza for the great place it should be!

Right where do i start... (prepare for an essay)
on arrival we got our room right away it was basic which is expected from a 18-30 hotel anyway. The lift was tinyyy so could only fit one person in at a time with a case to get to the actual room! We were on the 2nd floor with a pool view so the music was quite loud and started about 10:00 AM till around midnight, bit rubbish if you wanted a nap in the day before the nights antics but we got used to it after a few days in! it was repetitive though the same 2 or 3 cds but we asked the old bar man to change it at one point and he did....

The rep gary was fine he tried to sell us some things on the first day.. but after we clearly wernt interested he left us alone after that but helped if we needed anything still :) Another 2 reps knocked on our door a few times but they were so nice and not forceful with trying to get us to buy things so we bought tickets off them a couple times to save the hassle of going to a ticket stand :)

The pool was a decent size with a great atmosphere (quite deep) and the food/drink was an ok price in the hotel apart from a small bottle of water being 1.50 euros!

The towels and bins where changed every 2 or so days (10 day stay), only thing was the beds wernt changed but this could of been down to the fact every time the cleaners came in we were in them dying of a hangover hahah.... only thing i would fault the rooms on is the cutlery, didnt have proper bowls and only got 1 glass cup and 2 mugs but we just got on with it! .. the walls are thin can hear the rooms next door and further down the corridor slam like its your own door. But we were only aware of this when sober so it wasnt an issue really.

We never had any problems with any of the staff here... the woman on reception was so helpful when i needed to ring zoo project about leaving my camera there and the younger man in the bar was hotttt ahahah. The night guard I wasnt even aware of when coming in.. only one night he questioned which room i was staying, i showed him the key and he was fine! He never moaned about noise or turned the electric off like some of these reviews are saying and tbh we were very loud!!

The location is perfect! theres 2 shops about 30 seconds away, one on the corner which we never tried as its meant to be more expensive than the 2nd one a furthur 20 seconds away. 7.95 euros for a litre of spanish vodka.. cant go wrong!
It was about a 10 minute walk to the west end just go straight down the road with the cheeper shop on and keep going u will eventually come to the main part with the fountains on its not hard to find the westend from there... Theres quite a few bars and shops on the way down too and some the little side roads.

Last thing.... I wouldnt bother getting a safe as if u have anyone in your room or if there is dodgey cleaners about lets face it they know exactly where all the money is... so instead id just wrap your money in something not obvious an stash it away at the bottom of your suitcase..

Guess im used to basic hotels anyway but to me it was the perfect base for a party hard holiday! id probably stay here again but might take a bowl with me next time and a couple cds to offer the bar to change to hahaha

Room Tip: Pick a lower floor (middle) as the lift is super tiny so you will probably be using the stairs most...

ok after booking this "dwelling" i read the reviews and was worried so i went back to the travel agents to voice my concerns, she assured me everything would be fine so i trusted her and put it to the back of my mind. let me start by saying that ibiza is the most amazing place ever and it would take more than your accomadation to riun it as was the case with myself and my friends however i feel i have to let people how bad this place is.

the night porter is extremley strict and will turn your power off if you have music on at night, the bar man with the glasses is extremely rude(dont know his name, nor did i want to as the way he spoke to us and others was unbelievable)

ANOTNIO is an absolute gentleman, a credit to the place

rooms are grubby, dated and ran down, beds are a joke, i slept on the balcony as it was more comfortable, the food in the bar is good for what it is, music is a bit repetitive.

stay away from the reps, there packages are rip off, there more interseted in drinking and wandering around annoyin you into going on some trip that you could organise yourself for cheaper.
i know this is pretty damning but i promised myself id write it.
the hotel itself is 5 min wawy from the westend. ibiza is amazing no matter where u stay and we didnt let these small people ruin our holiday nor should you . the management of this hotel have no regard for there customers because, lets face it theres always another full bus of revellers on the way for them to treat badly
p.s we had to argue for fresh towels as we wanted to shower every day!! i recommend you bring your own

went to casita blanca 14th august til 21st and loved it! the rooms are basic and it gets very warm in there but u can pay 4 a fan from reception, when u arrive u have to pay 30 euros deposit each which you get back at the end of your holiday if you dont damage anything. the hotel was good and the bar staff are really friendly and antonio was hilarious. Luna the night staff was lovely but would let you know if you was too loud when u came in :) there is some local shops at end of the street but you cant eat or drink your own stuff around the pool it has 2 stay in your room and the main strip is just 10mins walk away, overall the holiday was amazing and i wouldnt worry about some of the other reviews its not bad at all me and my friends will be returning next year.
