the nautilus could never be considerer a 4 star hotel its more 2 or 3 star and thats why its so cheap so any one thinking they have got a bargin before they get there, they will soon find out when they arrive the price reflects the standard of hotel. the foods not great but edible if you dont mind basic food ,the drinks are ok until 11.30 then you can go to one of the many pubs and clubs that are on your door step.the hotel is in great location next to a nice beach.(the pint pot bar does a great breakfast and is located on the beach).

Worst Hotel ever don't even consider it. Snacks where cheese and ham sandwiches every day and nothing else. Bingo at night whoooo. People had things stolen from their room and the hotel did not care

arriving at the hotel i looked at it then my bf and thought what have i done !!! it all looked very dark and dingey, the first night we had there the fan was broke and was making a really loud buzzing noise then some sort of hissing noise so i went to reception and told the man he made out he couldnt understand me after making it very clear what i was on about, so we had to sleep through the night with the spanish tv on to try and drownd out the sound!!! the beds were to hard single bed that keep sliding appart so we made a complaint about that so they put a chain around the bed which was quite bulkey so it would dig in....the food was so bad it was unreal the put food out in the metalk trays and u dish ur own stuff up just like school dinners and they never have anything of there culture they try to copy our english food and it just does not happen, and me and my bf arnt any think posh or special were quite ruff and ready but this hotel was just so bad owww and dont be fooled by the pictures the pool is tiny and the beach is surrounded by rocks and theres always aload of seaweed that gets washed up on the beach!!!! also dont be fooled by booking that sea veiw room because they only have about 6 rooms at the front of the hotel and there for rooms of a big partie of like 4 or 5 so when i booked my (twin sea veiw) room i got to look at the hotel opposite it was a joke.. so avoid this hotel at all cost coz its not a 4 star at all its more like a 2 star.

Agree with all previous comments,We arrived late Sunday night by three oclock next day we'd changed hotels to a proper 4 star.Feel sorry for people who had to endure this for any longer. Avoid at all cost.Would recomend the Palmyra bit expensive but worth every penny, unlike the Nautilus.

Arrived 7/09/09 for 2 weeks all inclusive .Hotel old and dated wardrobes smell musty so did your clothes, food disgusting new put onto old , same menu every day and the snack bar open 11am till 7pm ( Pool Bar) consisted of dried bread with ham and cheese or an apple.hots drink s were made from a very dirty machine,Diet drinks were not available unless you had a medical condition which you could prove. No bottled water had to drink local water (not Likely) Main Bar opened at 7pm same sandwich was provided leftover from pool bar, so we were ill from 2nd day. Drinks were very limited to say the least and were watered down, wine still fermenting in the plastic cups no glasses at all. No entertainment in the evening unless you played Bingo 1game took 1 hour . 4 days with no Water till 11am 1 day no electric Air con didn`t work ,neither did television Beds were very old and uncomfortable creaked every time you moved. Rained for 3 days (Thunder and Lightening) so Roofs leaked water everywhere and they still did not open the main bar so if you wanted a drink you had to go down a flight of Tiled (CRacked) Stairs to pool bar in the pouring rain. Floors uneven Snapped sandals first night . People were robbed , and 2nd week loads of 18 to 22 year olds shouting and fighting slamming doors till 6 am.Spoke to Manager who told me the owner of this chain of hotels (owned 38 in total CPS Group) wasn`t interested as had already sold to UK for next year and he could`nt do anything about the complaints which he had been receiving since May 09 and in his opinion this Hotel wasn`nt even worthy of a One star rating. Positive Staff were really nice and there are lots of restaurants and bars around although should`nt be needing them if this hotel was worthy of a visit

Stayed for 9 days, what hell!
The hotel lights go off at night so when you arrive back to the hotel when dark you cannot see inside. One of the lifts broke during our stay in the hotel which we were not surprised about as they look ancient. Every morning the water supply to the hotel broke and was off until around 11am. On the night of our arrival our air con facing fell off the roof and just missed my friends head by a few inches. Our balcony looked onto a house which kept 2 cockerels and 3 dogs. The cockerels WILL keep you awake and start at 3am every morning and continue until 10am. If you some how manage to sleep through this the 3 dogs will bark for the rest of the day non stop....
If you want to keep your valuables safe you will have to pay for your safe key. Also you will need to pay for your tv, hair-drier, iron......the list of "extras" is endless.....
The food was awful, unfit for a dog. The meat was often cold and very difficult to tell what it was. The salad was brown and tasted off. The water supplied must of been filtered sea water as tasted salty and milky. The only thing which kept my friend and I going was the bread, pasta and ice cream....
During our stay, two rooms were broken into and the staff refused to help and even refused to call the police.

Have you read enough yet to put you off??? Just save your money and don't go there, it may be cheap but it is not worth it.
