Having read a few reviews, hoped for a nice hotel, but it was BRILLIANT. Absolutely spotless, huge bedrooms, plenty of sunbeds which are not unlocked until 8.45am.
The staff were really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely, especially the breakfasts and everything was always hot.
My eldest son is diabetic and had a 'hypo' on our last evening in the restaurant whilst getting his food. The staff were amazing in the restaurant as were the other holidaymakers, luckily He didn't have to go to hospital, but the gentleman on the door guided him back to the table along with my husband. They also arranged for the restaurant to be open early the next morning for our departure, to make sure my son could eat before going to the airport.
The day entertainment is great especially the french boules but the evening entertainment leaves a little to be desired.
I think this hotel is better for families with teenagers as the walk into the sea is rather lethal as it is rocky and very slippy, we saw a number of falls, but the beach itself is fine.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks all inclusive from July 31st to August 14th and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Hotel was clean, food plentiful and fresh-puddings were a bit disappointing. Entertainment every night except Saturdays - a mixture of live acts and hotel reps which was ok. Great kids club - Daphny was fantastic with the children. All in all a good value holdaywhich has something for everyone.

Well firstly...
The cleanliness once again was Immaculate, Beds changed daily, fresh towels and rooms tidied,
The Food was Excellent aswell considering im such a fussy eater, There was something for everyone,
Breakfast had: cereals, fresh fruit, full fried english, Ommlettes made with your choice of filling ( The chef however was very rude and it was pretty obvious he hated making omlettes)
Lunch & Dinner: Soup, pasta, salad bar with choice of cold meat, chips onion rings, chicken breasts, turkey, pork, steaks, curries, fajitas, spring rolls, hake slices, cheese and ham slices which was my favourite. There was jelly for dessert with diffrent pastries too. The food was absolutely excellent and couldnt fault a thing.
Entertainment was horrendous and cringeworthy, It was far too cheesey and didnt entertain me in the slightest. Andie Fields the hypnotist was a complete let down after his previous shows. The Fake That tribute was good but the hotel entertainers were clearly there for the children. The entertainment was a serious let down.
Pool was very clean although be prepared to get up early to get a "Good" bed which gets the sun all day!
Beach isnt great and the sea is rocky and slippy but once your on your lylo its not important whats underneath you :)
All in all Excellent Hotel and would definately return if entertainment was improved!
Oh and reception is Gorgeous and spotlessly clean and staff were lovely!

I and my girlfriend stayed in this hotel for one week between the 6/8/2010 to the 14/8/2010. We are a fairly well travelled couple are experiencing many different destinations however neither one of us had been to this destination before. Having finally got to the hotel (two hours from getting off the plane to the hotel) (transfer 30 minutes) we found the check-in quick and without hassle. However as it was 4am when we finally at the hotel there was nothing to eat or drink unlike other destinations where we have been to where they put something on when you arrive. We was told the all-inclusive started from 10am until 12pm and needed to wear a wristband at all times due to their were all-inclusive and half board operating from this hotel. You can upgrade from half board to all-inclusive however it is a minimum of five nights and everyone in your room needs to upgrade we was told. The hotel is split up into two with the main hotel including reception, bar, games room, computers with Internet access, WiFi access, rep stations and nine floors of rooms. To get to the other side of the hotel it is no more than a 30 seconds walk. This has the main dining room and five floors of rooms. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a large balcony with a sea view. Throughout the day the on-site entertainment team played a variety of different games for adults, children and both children and adults these range from volleyball, water polo, darts, rifle shooting. You did not to participate in these games if you did not want to. The entertainment team was never pushy to participate in them. The entertainment team also lay on a mini disco and then a show on the night. The shows we saw were Michael Jackson, Riverdance, and Moulin Rouge. Also for some night shows they brought in some private entertainment such as fake that. They weren’t the best singers but they did put on a good show. Overall the entertainment work team worked very hard day and night and did a good job. There was a large choice of different food each day and we never seem to get bored of the food as there was something always new to try. I was extremely pleased that they constantly bringing out fresh food and replacing the old food and not putting it on top of the old food. The only downside I could see from the food was there was only one chef cooking the fried eggs, pancakes and omelettes in the morning and only one chef cooks burgers, fish, meat on the evening meaning there is normally a wait for the fresh cooked food. The top end of the dining room can get a little bit busy at times as all the food counters are up that end. There can be a little wait in getting your drinks as there is only one small bar with normally 1 to 2 people running it, you also have to wait for those people who are paying cash(half-board) and then those people who are signing a receipt (all-inclusive). One major downside I found to the all-inclusive was that every time you went to the bar to get a drink or snack you have to sign your receipt and after doing it in two days I got bored of it. The snacks are limited from choosing cheese and ham toastie, burger (can't have cheese on it) and a hotdog. In reflection I don't think I would be returning to this hotel as I would rather pay a little extra and at places like Egypt, Turkey, Dominican Republic however I would recommend it to families and mature couples.

Stayed here for 1 week in early August, half board, through Thomson, with 1 other person.

Our first impression upon arrival was generally positive. After a bit of a long and meandering transfer from the airport (leaving the plane to arriving in the reception took 2 hours overall), coupled with the fact it was half one in the morning, we were pleasantly surprised with the clean and spacious reception.

The room? Functional would, I think, be the word. The beds weren't great; they just weren't very comfortable. We slept, just not terribly well. The furnishing of the room was fine, in fact it all seemed very modern, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom again seemed fine and very modern - though the presence of a bidet seemed largely superfluous. The shower wasn't quite right - that age-old problem of shifting from boiling hot to freezing cold a little too quickly - but, again, it worked, and it did the job. Noise wise, we were right opposite the lift on the first floor of the main building, but other than the inevitable screams of children in the morning, this wasn't a problem. The view was non-existent but, again, not a problem for us. What I really did feel was problematic and it would be wrong not to mention it here was that the floor of the room by the patio window, was overrun with ants. The main problem was outside, but they were getting in somehow, and were spotted elsewhere in the room as well as actually on top of and inside the bedside drawer. The daily visit from the chambermaid seemed to temporarily improve the problem, but they did inevitably return day after day. We didn't complain because we didn't want to move so it would be wrong to say it was a massive issue but I do think it's worth mentioning here and I suspect it could be a bigger deal depending on who you are.

Food? Pretty good. Breakfast was nice. Dinner had some good variety, though nothing exciting or adventurous. Some food actually tasted brilliant here, and the worst of it wasn't that bad. The dining room seemed a bit chaotic at times, morning and evening. The small bar for all drinks wasn't really great - the queue sometimes built up a ridiculous amount. The small lady who ran the bar was efficient and almost military in her approach but was rude when it came to paying for drinks with a note - though if you're on All Inclusive, I suspect that isn't such a problem.

Location? The hotel's strongest point in my view. A short and pleasant boat ride away to the centre of San Antonio, but secluded enough to have a relaxing and low-key atmosphere. The beaches weren't great, a bit narrow, but we had a few nice days on them.

Hotel facilities? The pools were pretty standard. There were plenty of sun loungers. It would have been nice to see a gym here - perhaps replacing the outdated disco room where the Thomson welcome meetings are held with its lovely views and fantastic space - but judging by the demographic this hotel is aiming for, I can see why that wouldn't be a sensible move.

Other observations? The automatic doors to the restaurant building didn't stay open from the outside after people had just come out, despite us clearly moving towards them. Parents - be aware of this, as we did see babies crawling around in this very area and the possibilities created by such a seemingly dangerous situation are obvious. Don't be afraid to space yourself out in the dining room. A lot of people (nervous?) seemed to huddle together in the main spaces but there seemed little point in this. Wifi - 4 euros half an hour, 6 euros 1 hour, in reception area and room apparently, though not in ours it wouldn't. Connection was poor.

Overall - had an amazing holiday and would, despite its faults, recommend this hotel. Probably would rate it 3 stars and - for Thomson - 3T.

We was very surprised when we got a hotel as nice as this in san antonio bay,
I am going to do this short and sweet as follows :
Great hotel (1 of the cleanest i have stayed in)
Very modern rooms (cleaned daily with fresh towels)
Horrible rock hard beds and slamming doors all night make a bad nights sleep
Excellent food with a varied choices for all (we went all-inc)
Not enough sun-beds and are crammed together (didnt manage to get any the whole stay)
Pool bar staff was very nice and friendly
Entertainment wasn't the best and finished at approx 11pm
All inc finished at 12pm (for the type of resort i feel it is a bit too early)
We went with thomson and the reps although young were brilliant and resolved any issues raised and quickly)
As for the reception staff dont expect a warm welcome or in most cases even a smile, they are the rudest most unhelpful bunch ever,(we arrived during the night and the check-in took approx an hour for approx 5 rooms which was an absolute joke, If you try have a laugh with them they will hate you more
We did notice that they didnt want you in the hotel if you apeared drunk, any groups that stayed got kicked out straight away if there was any noise or complaints about them (which is a good thing)
This hotel is for families and couples
It is a fair old trip to the main nightlife of san antonio, the ferry bus stops at 12pm 2.50 euros each and a taxi back is approx 9 euros
All i all if you dodge the reception staff and dont upset them it is a great hotel....

First trip to Ibiza. Very good hotel, we were all inclusive and found that this hotel came up to our expectations, plenty to eat and drink, food was excellent,
Would go back again
The entertainment staff were great and worked hard, they entertained all ages
Bar staff worked hard, but maybe could have done with a few more hands in the pool area bar, nearly always queues
Rooms very clean and roomy, no complaints
