“Worst hotel I've ever stayed at!”
Reviewed 25 March 2014

The only thing about staying here that I'm glad about is the fact I was drunk most of time so didn't take much notice.
Went here on a friends holiday last year for 10 days. Where do I start with Azuline Pacific..

1. Reception staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful - never once did I witness a smile on their faces and they were just constantly grumpy!
2. The bedroom was adequate, beds were decent and room was clean enough. Luckily we were able to get a room with a balcony over the pool.
3. The shower was terrible.. I could not even wash my hair as it was just a cold drip. My friend had to actually poor water from the tap on my hair.
4. The worst part about this hotel is the food (dog food). It wasn't even editable, it tasted vile!!

The only good thing about the hotel was the pool area.
Definitely would visit Ibiza again but not this hotel!

Stayed here for 10 nights in July 2013. Great hotel, ideal location and good food at the snack bar. Half board however was pretty poor! Not a huge selection for evening meal and didn't taste the best. The pool is really lively and if you want a sunbed then you need to get there early! Rooms are basic but clean and there's a lack of sockets. Not ideal when there's 3 girls in one room! Air con is great tho! Would definitely stay here again and hopefully this year if we can find a good deal.

Stayed at the hotel at the end of June on a girls holiday. Room wasn't ready upon arrival, however by the time we had spoken to the rep & booked boat parties & tickets to some of the big nightclubs, walked to lidl to stock up on their 3 euro vodka (do not buy btw, it tastes like paint stripper) our rooms were ready. we had a room with a pool view, which was lovely. some people on here complained about the noise, however the pool could of done with some music during the day as I found it rather quiet. rooms were fine, beds were comfy and the maids an absolute legend for coming and tidying our room everyday, which you do not get everywhere!! aswell as making our beds and changing our towels. beds were comfy, shower was hot, room had great air con .. what more could you want? pool doesnt have many sunloungers, however if you get up early enough you will get one. If not we put a towel on the ground and lay on that .. it was fine, i still got a good tan. food was exactly what you would expect from a hotel abroad, full english in the morning which was great, pool bar open during the day for toasties etc and buffet at night. wasn't the greatest food but it's edible and will always find something there that you like. if not, go out its extremely cheap. if your looking for a family holiday or a nice quiet hotel, the center of san antonio is perhaps a bad idea, go and stay in san antonio bay as it is less noisy. However, if your on a girls/lads holiday then the hotel is perfect .. several minutes walk to the strip, the bus station to get busses to the big nightclubs and the beach .. what more could you want?

Room Tip: we had 6 rooms between all of us & all of them were fine .. pool view was nice but not essential...

I stayed here for 9 nights in July 2013. It was my first trip to Ibiza(which by the way was even better than i could have imagined). Upon arrival the staff were great, very friendly and that stayed like that for the whole trip.
I was there with 14 friends all in our early 20's. The hotel is in a good location but my advice is to stay in the more modern and generally better location across in Playa D'en Bossa. Based on my many trips there it was so much cleaner, no fights(which the westend strip is full of) And much better nightlife.
So besides the location i must say the hotel rooms are TINY. I understand most Ibiza-goers will not spend much time in there rooms but just be fore-warned. Walls are paper thin and when booking be sure to ask for a pool view as the rear of the hotel gives you a view of an old medical centre and wasteland.
To sum up my trip here i will say the staff were great and good loacation but the tiny rooms, small pool and serious lack of sun beds really let me down. Most days the pool is overcrowded with young English posers and your time is better spend on a beach, trust me.

Stayed here with my friends it was our first time in Ibiza. When we arrived we were told our rooms weren't ready for us, one room came available but two people in our group had to wait two hours we just wanted to start our holiday. We found the reception staff to be very rude and miserable! the bar staff were lovely though. Overall the hotel looked clean and modern from the outside, reception area and pool area, however the rooms were very basic, our bathroom was horrible definitely needs a refurb was old and stained. Also the food at night was awful nothing edible or appetising I lived off chips for the week, the breakfast was decent though. You could buy meals from the hotel bar in the day such as omelettes, pizza, chips and burgers so we did that most days. There is also a Lidl round the corner which is quite handy. Bottled water from the hotel were 2 euros which is good as there isn't fridges in the hotel rooms. This hotel is a good base as your not far from the strip, the beach and the coach park is only round the corner to get the Discobus to the main clubs outside of San Antonio. Overall a cheap base to stay, loved the modern entrance and location just the rooms/staff/food let the hotel down.

Dear guest,

We regret not having met your expectations in terms of products and customer service. We work with efforts to make the stay of our guests as pleasant as possible, so we do regret that your experience was not entirely satisfactory.
Location, close to the city centre of San Antonio, is as you mentioned one of our characteristic better valued for our customers.
Once again we would like to thank you for your time.

We stayed here in August 2013 and were very happy with the hotel.
The hotel is in a great location just off one of the main streets. The room was what you would expect for the price you pay: basic beds, no TV etc but completely adequate for somewhere to rest your head after a long night partying. The shower was fine - hot and powerful. We didn't need to use the air con a lot because the room was cool anyway - an absolute blessing when you are trying to get ready for a night out.. I have stayed in other hotels in European holiday resorts where the room is so hot that you are sweating as you dry your hair/put make up on - not the case here which is really good.
We requested a pool view and payed extra for it - but did not get it. However this turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the rooms with the pool view are the loudest, with music playing 24/7. We preferred our room by the back so if we did want a snooze after dinner before going out partying it was quieter to do so.. Saying that this is NOT a quiet hotel. It is completely what you would expect from a hotel in the centre of San An.. I would not stay here as a couple or family.
The pool is a good size - we always found a sun lounger even if we turned up at midday. There is no DJ and people bring their own speakers or play music off the balconies so bring your own iPod unless you want to be listening to a mish mash of other people's music all day. It's the usual pool side Ibiza scene - people drinking all day or just chilling and tanning.
The food in the restaurant was excellent: There were different themed nights - Mexican, Italian etc and always plenty of dishes to choose from. There was a very good salad bar with different types of bread, plenty of chips and nice meat dishes - chicken, pork etc. Dessert was standard Spanish desserts - spongy cakes, ice cream and jelly. Drinks are not provided you have to buy these with dinner.
The staff were polite and spoke good English - I did feel sorry for the old security guard who would wander the corridors asking people to be quiet at 6am - (that was us one night - Sorry!)
We will make our annual trip back to Ibiza in summer 2014 and this hotel will be our first choice.

Room Tip: A room WITHOUT a pool view will be quieter

Me and a friend stay here at 31st Aug-7th sept, the weather was fantastic and it was my first time going to Ibiza and it is the best experience ive had in my life! I want to go back!

The hotel is in a brilliant location! cant fault it! a 1 minute walk from the discobus that runs to playa dn bossa (space, ushuaia + loads more) but a 10 minute walk to the strip! we couldn't fault the location at all!

friendly bar staff, only thing was the food in the night was rubbish! same old all the time but I lived on chips and bread so I was fine! (:

it was great value for money, we payed 418 for a week half board!

so I would recommend this hotel to the young but definitely not with families!
aslong as your not fussy with food you will be fine!!
