“Just what you need”

Basic living apartment for up to 5 people. Cheap, comfy and has aircon included within the price! The only downsides are that their is no full length mirror and the balcony was very small - only two out of the four of us could sit outside at one time if we all wanted to sit together!

The room comes furnished with comfy beds, fully working kettle, fridge, cooker, shower room and safe! As Ibiza comes alive a night and guests will not come back to their rooms until the early hours of the morning, cleaners do not do there rounds until miday-ish. If people are still sleeping, they will just leave clean towels and go - which we defiantly appreciated!

This place is perfect for a bunch of friends heading out to experience what Ibiza has to offer - the night life! The west end is just two streets away and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk! A 24 hour shop and cheap places to eat are right on the door step of the apartments!

Perfect location - right in the mix of the Ibiza nightlife but not to close so you can't sleep!

Defiantly stay here again and would defiantly recommend!

This hotel was a cheap what we thought was a bargain at the time. However cleanliness was discusting there were hairs in my bed on arrival. Towns were often taken but not replace and we were simply told to chase the cleaner to find towl. After having problems with our safe it took management 8 hours to unlock our safe leaving us with no money for this time. He was very rude didn't apologise once and actually blamed us for out safe being locked. He also stated that he "didn't care" that we hadn't had money for food whilst we had waited for him for 8 hours. Most of the reception staff were trying to be helpful. Location was very good right near the strip and good resterants nearby, overall it was a shame about the lack of care the hotel staff showed toward us.

The rooms were okay, you get what you pay for, and the location was good. However the hotel service was extremely poor. The beds were always made but sheets were never changed. Some days our towels were changed, some days they were left and we had to reuse dirty towels, and on one occasion the cleaners had taken the towels from the room so we had no choice but to go to the reception to ask for another towel where we were told by a member of staff that "it was not her problem" and that we had to walk around the apartments to find the cleaner to retrieve a towel. Overall the apartments were not bad, the staff were rude and gave the impression that they did not care about their customers.

Service was very poor from the staff, hotel doors didn't lock after the cleaners had been in, cleanliness was poor, beds didn't get changed once during the weeks stay. Felt like staff didn't want to help with any problems

Location- walking distance to west end, promenade, restaurants, bus station, parking area and other shops.
Services- they offer the possibility to lend you beach towels against a deposit, this was very helpful indeed. Rooms kept clean and staff helpful.
Good price

Room Tip: Do not use the internet on the computers of the hotel, since it is expensive and it does not work. W...

Overall not a great experience with these people, upon arrival we had to wait nearly 4 hours until we were allowed to check in.

We had no sleep all week because people were banging on the door all night, every night, there was no security or staff keeping an eye on things, there was food and drinks all over the stairs. Some of the stairs were broken and I nearly fell.

We had to check out at 12:00 noon and wait for 11 hours for our transfer, when I asked about holding the room I was told they were fully book but could pay 40 euro's for a WHOLE day to stay in the red apartments (what a joke), We've been to Ibiza 4 times and every time I've paid about 10-15 euros to hold the room, all we wanted was a shower - Ibiza is HOT!!!

I paid for net access for 7 days but got cut off when we had to check out, the English women who I spoke to is the most obnoxious person I have ever dealt with and was of no help whatsoever. when I asked about net access to check flights, she said "Go to one of the bars with free Wifi" - I asked for a little help, she just said "I just told you what to do" at which point I had to walk away....

Also, there was no secure area to leave your luggage while waiting for the transfer.

The only positive thing about this place was the restaurant, the staff were lovely and helpful all the time.

I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Room Tip: Don't, find somewhere else to stay

Just got back from a 5 day stay in Ibiza. Been before so wasn't expecting much from our room but we were pleasantly surprised. Great views from the balcony and great location close to the taxi rank, west end, sunset strip etc. The shared pool is lovely and the nearby places to eat are all great too. Perfect for a girls/lads holiday although I personally wouldn't go there for a couples holiday. The rooms were really clean and the maid service always seemed to be later in the day which meant you didn't get woken up after a heavy night by them. Having been to Ibiza before, I was expecting it to be noisy through the night but it actually wasn't that bad considering it was right on the front. I'd recommend taking earplugs anyway if you like your sleep! Also, don't buy anything from the PR people on the beach. Always buy your tickets direct because some of the more unscrupulous ones will try to con you if they can get away with it. I appreciate they have to make money by selling these boat trips etc but it shouldn't be at the traveller's expense. Definitely coming back to the Blue Apartments next time I'm in Ibiza :)
