“Perfect for a young holiday”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 August 2014 via mobile

I stayed here with 3 of my friends in July. Perfect base for San Antonio- very close to the famous egg! The pool on the roof is great but the guy behind the bar is a pain and confiscates your water. The hotel is safe and although it is a bit dated it is good value for what you pay. Don't order a burger from the pool bar- horrendous!!

Recommended. Have to pay for extra's such as the safe but it's good value, clean and a nice place to stay. Not too noisy considering its location. Great base for clubbing and the beach is within about 20 yards.

Plain & simple, this place is basic. However it's a clean & lively place to shower, change, occasionally rustle up a cheap meal & if you want, sleep. Great location, towels & linens were changed every other day (don't leave all your stuff laying on your bed otherwise housekeeping won't change it) & basic kitchen utensils provided. Rooms didn't have AIRCON however sleeping with out balcony door open helped. Staff we're pleasant enough but a few Spanish words here & there will go a long way :) Happy Travels

Like a few others I was a bit worried when I booked this hotel and then started reading some of the odler reviews. My fears were unfounded: this turned out to be a fantastic hotel with a good level of service and a terrific price. This was based on 2 in a self catering apartment where you get a decent fridge, halogen hob and basic utensils. Some rooms have a microwave - you have to check. There's plenty of space for 2 with comfortable clean beds and linen, bath towels too. Maids come in every other day and are friendly and efficient. Rooms are secure with an electronic card reader: nothing was stolen from our room in the 7 nights we were there. We had a spacious patio with a table and chairs which overlooked the entrance 'V' walkway: it was a great spot for people-watching! Our room was surprisingly quiet: there was no screaming or loud music at all hours. One night our neighbours were asked to turn off their music at 4am which was good. General security is good - you have to show a room id card when coming back after midnight. As others have said, if you show some decorum and respect, you get treated very well here.

The only negative points are that there is no air conditioning: the room can be very warm but it's not unbearable. We brought a little mains fan with us and it allowed perfectly comfortable sleep. The safe in the room costs aboy 20Euro for a week if you want it, which is a bit steep.

The rooftop pool and bar is very nice with great views.

A huge plus point is that they can securely store your luggage - for free - after you've checked out and still have a day to spend. They even have showers and loos for you to freshen up. The reception is manned 24/7.

Location is brilliant - just round the corner from the main bus station where transfer coaches pick up, and where you get buses to other parts of the island. Also just down the road is a massive Lidl - unbelievably cheap beers! If you don't feel like cooking there's loads of food outlets all around you. The warren of bars and clubs are just a 5 minute walk away, and if you walk in the other direction towards to the south of the bay you can escape all the bustle and find much nicer beaches and more tranquil surroundings.

I would be very happy to come back to this hotel. Yes there were some drunken tw*ts in the pool or stumbling about in the corridors, but they were harmless really, and any really bad behaviour is dealt with swiftly.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a balcony: not all rooms have them.

Stayed at central park for 10 days in ibiza with my best friend, we were over for a party holiday, the location was literally the best in san Antonio. Close to bus station and west end very safe and the staff were so nice. No aircon DO NOT RENT FANS you can buy them in the 24 hour shop for 40 euro and they are 10x better than the ones the hotel have. Party apartments though and stay in the V Pool is amazing if you can leave bed after amnesia etc. Enjoy ibiza :)

8 days, 8 lads (early 20's), and this hotel made sure we had our best holiday yet. Couldnt be more central with the West End just a couple of minutes walk away and surrounded by cafes and restaurants to cover the occasional meal we fitted in. Taxi's to clubs around the island are easy to track down outside the hotel or staff inside will book them for you. There's also kiosks around the hotel selling tickets to pretty much every event on the island.

The pool up on the roof was perfect, rarely got too busy and we always found enough sun loungers for the lot of us, even mid afternoon! The bar man on the roof Santiago is one of the nicest blokes iv ever met on a holiday, he catered for us throughout the week and was nothing but friendly towards everyone up on the roof. San Miguel 3euros a pint which isnt too bad when your stuck on a roof. Great music too up there!

Lack of Air Con was a bit of a struggle some nights but when your dead to the world you dont notice until you wake up and then its a sprint for the balcony for some fresh air. Make sure you keep your room ID card they give you on arrival as you will need it to get back in to the hotel!

Only problems we had is that one of the rooms got flooded midweek as next door had left a tap on all day. The staff did a very lethargic job of cleaning up and didnt sound remotely apologetic for the water damaged items. Also, whilst drinking in a friends room at night, our other room next door tried getting broken in to, however they did not manage to break through the electronic lock so I suppose thats a bit reassuring? maybe.

Overall an absolutely perfect hotel if you want to drink in the rooms at night, play loud music without issues, crawl in at breakfast time with no questions asked (except for your ID) and recover by a pool during the day listening to the best deep house music and gradually topping up your alcohol intake for the coming night!!

Would not recommend to families, but surely its pretty obvious what sort of hotel this is from it's location and any family which ends up here because they cant be bothered doing a bit of research - DEAL WITH IT - dont slate this hotel because it provided the ultimate base camp for a normal Ibiza holiday.

Room Tip: Get facing into the V if you want to socialise and be in the shade in the morning.

The staff were the rudest and most unhelpful hotel staff I have met through out Europe. I paid for 3 days of wi fi, which stopped working after the first day and they would not refund my money or give me another password. I also paid for a safe key because the rooms are so hot and stuffy you have to sleep with your balcony door open and when I returned the key I was not refunded the 25 euro deposit because I did not have the receipt, which no one told me I had to keep. Even though they keep double copies of the receipt and have it behind the counter. So they basically steal your money. These were all minor problems that could have been solved but the staff were rude and unsympathetic. I would never stay here again. It was easily the worst hotel I have experienced in my 6 months of traveling.
