Stayed here for a week in September and was feeling anxious about my stay having read some reviews on here about bed bugs. Our room was adequate and clean enough, at first i thought the bed was comfy but towards the end of the week by back was killing and the pillows are rubbish, but they usually are.
There was a couple of broken tiles in the bathroom but nothing to complain about given the price we paid £210 each for a week.
The pool area is ok if you like to party during the day as well as the night as the music is so loud and not a huge area so sunbeds are pretty close to each other. Although we did find a quiet spot on some fake grass behind the pool main area and this was a lovely chilled out place to relax.
The location of these apartments was the best, it's central to everything and you cant go wrong for the price.
The downside was the noise on a night, not from the balcony but the other residents and whoever else they let into the hotel. There was often people screaming and carrying on in the hallway of our room in the middle of the night.
The cleaners also came every other day and brought us fresh towels and loo roll so no complaints there either.
Our room had air con, a fridge, a microwave and a hob that didn't work. The TV was located in a corner and was so small you couldn't see it. not that we turned it on as it was pointless.
The balcony was ample size and if i was to return to Ibiza, for the price you paid, i would stay here again.

After reading the reviews on here i was pretty much ready to book another hotel before we flew. Well i’m glad i didn’t. Very basic apartments but what do you expect for such a good price?! Can’t really comment on the comfort of the beds as we were pretty wrecked every night but there were no bed bugs in our room! Reception staff weren’t rude.. they weren’t exactly what you’d expect from customer service but we didn’t have any problems! We noticed that our room was bigger than next doors and some balconys were smaller so i’m guessing its just luck on which room you get.
The only down side i would say is that they are quite strict on not bringing people into the hotel that aren’t staying there. But that didn’t bother me too much.
Anyway, just booked to go back here next year so it can’t be all bad!!

I was really worried after reading some of the reviews on here before we came for our girls holiday, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The rooms are very tired and old fashioned, but they were clean. We had 4 rooms between our group and they were all pretty much to the same standard. The aircon was great and the little fridge was perfect for snacks and drinks. We had few issues with lights and taps, but as soon as we told reception they were fixed straight away.
The reception staff were all really pleasant and friendly with us, and we had no problems checking in.
The pool was really nice, but they're were only two parasols, and not much shade. The drinks were cheep (€6), and really strong, and the bar man was really friendly and funny.
It wasn't a quiet hotel, but we took ear plugs and didn't have any trouble sleeping. They often knocked about 10 or 11am to see if you wanted clean towels or beds making. The hotel is right in the centre of town which was great for getting to the bars or the beaches.
When we checked out we paid to keep one of the rooms until late and saw them cleaning one of our rooms for ages, and we'd kept it pretty clean.
Some guys further down the corridor said they'd been broken into and had money taken, but we were all fine.
Overall it was cheep and cheerful, but clean.

Average is all im going to give for Central Park, staff were quite friendly and polite, Usual coffee vending machine in reception so no kettle or kitchen stuff if you're eating in , not that we bothered, room was clean, but bathroom needed improving, full of bugs and ants, and needed deep cleaning, towels didn't get changed, pool on roof was good, good music but dont sit near the speakers!!
Downfall was the noise from piscis park opposite (which we stayed in last year) i guess the design of the 'u' shaped block acted as a echo chamber,
All in all ibiza is ibiza, happy days ♥️
