Just to inform those that don't understand the current meaning of chill-out and relaxing music. It used to mean quiet, ambient and restful. Make no mistake here, because it is anything other than that. The DJ is blasting out electronic techno/house music at such volume that will do nothing to put you in a relaxed state. You will not have a quiet meal on the terrace admiring the view to ambient music, whispering in your partners ear how lovely it all is, because you will need to raise your voice to be heard above the din. You may say that it's a bar but you need to bear in mind that it is not a stand alone bar and restaurant but that it is part of an apartment complex. It may be right up your street but you cannot deny that it is not quiet or restful in the conventional sense. Some people may wish to have a truly quiet and relaxing time by the pool. Therefore, the management ought to cater for a mix of clients or otherwise advertise the fact that it's booming 'chill-out' music from 10.00 am to midnight. That would ensure that the 'wrong' people, i.e. those of a certain age group do understand this and can choose not to come.
