What most guests have said about the Natura Palace Hotel is true.
The air con is poor, I have worked in construction for many years and if this is not well designed it can't easily be changed. So I think that's that!
I understand why reviewers think this is a bit of a retirement complex.
It caters towards and considers disabled guests and although not disabled myself I do like that.
The staff are either all sets of twins or work very hard! The food is excellent for buffet style! Just have some patience when it's busy!
The sunbed issue is better than some places but people do like a place and want remain there each day for the duration! Some are always prepared for a D Day towel landing at first light if necessary. The hotel has a policy of not before 9am but the towels started going down about 8.30 during our stay. Not that bad IMO.
The gardens are beautiful and it is an established little paradise.
The rooms are a nice size with comfortable beds and most seem to face the pool and the sea beyond.
The promenade outside the hotel is great for a walk into Playa Blanca, the Rubicon Marina and lighthouse at the opposite end.
Mosquito territory, bring repellant!
All in all great holiday at the Natura Palace. Thanks!
