We had lunch here the day after lunching at the Parador. Put simply, the meal was just as good for literally half the price. We chose it because it looked a little more imaginative than the standard restaurants in Vielha, and we weren't disappointed. The setting right next to the river was much appreciated on a very hot day. Lovely chilled salmorejo, perfectly cooked lamb cutlets with attractively presented vegetables, and a really superb home-made flan de queso. Good desserts are so rare in Spanish restaurants that it's worth seeking out just for that. If I happened to be in Vielha again I'd certainly go back.
