The Cabriolle in Bulle, Switzerland is one of my favorite restaurants. I love the unique Goat Cheese Fondue and the Roast Beef dinner is truly fantastic. The service is great. I miss Danny who founded the restaurant and created this incredible fondue, it is light and easily digestible. The service is fantastic and the ambiance is very unique from the Video playing in the window frame on the wall of the Swiss Farmers working in the mountains, to the old cheese making table that lager parties can sit at. It is always great to finish the meal with the Tarte Tatin and a Swiss Digestive like Abricotine. The prices are very reasonable and the new owners have continued in the tradition of Danny, who was a great and generous man who died too soon. If you have a chance to visit Bulle, make this a stop you will not forget.
