“Modern, comfortable, best spa”
Reviewed 22 August 2011

Modern hotel, good quality room (proper beds, sound-proof windows, luxury shower, free wifi).

SPA is the best encountered so far. Good quality sauna's, steam-cabine and facilities. No swimming pool for actual swimming though - just a medium sized cool down pool.

Breakfast very good, though choice not the most extensive but still enough.

Hotel is new, and almost clinically clean. Rooms have plenty of space, and are very comfortable - in a trendy sort of way !! The Spa seems quite good - and would add to the attraction of the hotel if you have chance to use it. We ate dinner in the restaurant - which was Ok but seemed very expensive compared with local restaurants. Breakfast was a simple buffet - but more than adequate.

We did not feel like spending Christmas with family, so decided to treat ourselves. We booked a Christmas deal, inclusive of Spa, 5 course diner, breakfast and naturally an overnight stay. A week or two prior to our stay, I got a phone call to check whether everything was clear and whether we wanted to book additional treatments. Spoke to a very friendly and helpful receptionist.

The location is great, easy to get to. Our intend was not to go out and experience the surroundings, so it was good that the hotel was just off the Motorway. Check in was easy and quick, although the pro forma invoice wasn't (it worked itself out at check out). The receptionist took time to explain, even though others were waiting.

We enjoyed the spa facilities to the fullest. It was clean and peaceful. We booked additional treatments. Personell was very professional and so we had a relaxing time.

The restaurant seemed small, but accomodated lots of people. The waiters were sure to divide their attention evenly amongst the guests. Like the personell in the spa center, they were very professional. I think we sat for a nice few hours.

I was prepared for a non-romantic room as I read reviews online, but I thought it was OK (maybe I'm just not that romantic). It is business like, but the red touches in the interior did give a warm feel to the room.

Overall, I was very happy and Trivium has made us decide to spend our Christmas like this every year!

This building houses, besides the hotel also a school and a private clinical laboratory, making it an unusual combination. The setting is clean and correct, but quite 'cold'; not a place you would go for cosiness. As a meeting place for business it is convenient as being not too far from Breda. The quality of teh kitchen (lunch and breakfast) is somewhat below average.

We booked this hotel so we could enjoy a relaxing weekend without the children. We were attracted to the hotel because of its spa & sauna facilities. And although we had an enjoyable weekend and left feeling relaxed we don't think we will be returning in the (near) future.

The hotel is easily found as it is located near the motorway (no noise if you keep the windows shut, but be aware there is no A/C). Building is being completed in the surrounding area so you feel like you are on a building site.

The rooms were pretty standard. Nothing special, more for business people. No special touches and certainly not romantic as the double bed consists of two singles pushed together. Huge bath towels and bathrobes. Poor shower for a 4 star hotel (no ajustable shower head).

Spa & sauna facilities were good. Massages are fab too.

We had a 3 course meal and overall it was good. Breakfast was good too. Just enough choice and again nothing special.

Staff friendly, but not very experienced.

All pretty standard and nothing special.

Drove from the UK so wanted something easy to find and close to my business meeting. This hotel fitted both criteria.

Rooms okay although a little dated. Only had WIFI connection in the bar/restaurant which was frustrating but acceptable. Food was good if a little expensive.

Okay hotel. Easy to find. Will not be disappointed but will not be blown away
