We stayed in the hotel over the weekend as an arrangement including two dinners (3 course dinner + 4 course dinner).
The hotel is in a proper shape (not too fancy) and has great, super friendly staff.
Where the hotel really shines is the kitchen: fresh, tasteful & creative - yet, without converting food into "art-pour-art". Out of the 7 different dishes (over the two evening), 6 were outstanding and one still very good.
Prices are a real bargain: 35 Eur for the 3 course menu, 40 Eur for the 4 course menu (for the same quality one pays at least 3 times the price in Amsterdam).
Although not initially planned, we finally decided to have also lunch on our last day.
Asked for the key of their success, the owner told us that they hire as chefs former staff from De Librije, Zwolle's 3 star restaurant.
