We were hesitant to choose this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion because of the name "Spetters", which doesn't really sound subtil to me, but we already had a nice surprise upon the entrance of the restaurant: the amazing evening sun over the yacht club immediately created a relaxed feel.
After some very surprising amuse-bouches, we had oysters and slow cooked cod. Delicious and not too heavy.
As I can't digest white wine, we had a nice bottle of bordeaux"fleuri", lightly chilled.
We finished of with a dessert gin based cocktail.
Despite starting slow, because of all guests arriving at about the same time, service got better through the evening.
We will definitely return.
